This is the best shop I have been to for two reasons 1) the staff are very knowledgeable and clearly love pets. 2) prices are low and the range great.
On point 1- the lovely staff clipped our birds wings for free and gave us so much amazing advice on caring for them.

So full of knowledge and passionate about best practice, our DFL rescue girl loves her new harness, and we love the new lead suggested for better training. A wealth of knowledge and such a friendly team. Also a huge range of high quality products. Definitely recommend.

I will not be purchasing fish from them again sell me fish that are infected with white spot hundreds of dollars of fish lost my breeding pair of peppermint catfish where fine until I added your fish then both were dead in 48 hours. Staff say bring a sample of your water to test why I already know why you sell sick fish that should be isolated thanks for this absolutely appalled will not return

Great range of products, even for reptiles! Very friendly staff, so helpful, and a clean store. The colour of dog harness I wanted was out of stock so they took my details and will notify me when it's back in.

Spent a large amount of money for a built hutch, to have a faulty hutch delivered, the wood had been cracked and litter tray area leaked, staining my outdoor area. I was told I could receive money back but was never contacted again after calling and texting.

One of the cleanest pet stores ive seen! A very good range of products for all the pets including some brand names that are NOT ridiculously priced!
Animals are responsibly sourced, meaning this is the first place I come to for all my pet needs
Easy parking, finding it was a breeze and customer service was excellent. Will shop here again and I highly recommend it

Wasn’t bad experience with staff just didn’t “wow” me.

I adopted a kitten from here and i couldn't of had a better experience, the staff there are extremely happy, knowledgeable and made the process very pleasant and streamlined. If you are looking to adopt; give this place a go first.

Staff were very friendly, they have a great range of dog treats and the store Is kept very clean and well presented. We will be back and would recommend this store to everyone!

I visited earlier today and was really pleased with the store. It has a fantastic range, staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and all the pets seemed to be very well cared for. I'm looking forward to making this my new go-to pet store. Well done Happy Pet Place!

Nice to have a family owned pet shop to go to instead of one of the massive chain stores, especially since they have a whole range of affordable, quality dog toys the others don't stock.
