Staff are usually really good but yesterday had to say excuse me 4 times before I got anyone's attention.

Love visiting this shop! They have everything we could ever need for our various pets, are super friendly and helpful, with prices that rival the large impersonal franchises.

The Happy Pet Place have super helpful staff and are really well stocked. They are one of the few places with mice and rats available to buy and their enclosures are always clean and never smelly.

For the first time ever I had a staff member who was totally disinterested.
When paying I was told system was down so no member discount.

Picked up some cute items for my pup’s first birthday. I liked the selection of toys and food bowls. However the lady that served me was just rude. She didn’t even greet me as I approached to pay.

Very friendly staff with a good array of cat (and probably dog) stuff. One of the stockists of frozen meat for cats. Easy to park.

Best pet store! Really good place to purchase tropical fish and aquarium supplies. The staff are very knowledgeable and take a lot of time to help you. The animals kept in store are clearly treated with lots of care and always look very healthy. The service is great and you get a discount with every purchase if you become a member.

Awesome selection of pet products and accessories staff unfortunately aren't very aware of what is needed for keeping certain animals and what is best though so further training would be a benifit for the company

I visited this afternoon with my new puppy Roy. I received excellent help from the knowledgeable team, and they had a great product range.

They have a great variety of products for pets of all kind like fishes, budgies and cockatiels, kitten and dogs. Friendly staff assist us with all queries about products.

Andy, in particular, goes well above and beyond to ensure you receive quality goods at an excellent price. I cannot recommend The Happy Pet Place highly enough. I received an order of 20 live aquarium plants yesterday that were correctly and carefully packed. They arrived fresh and my fish are very grateful. Good old fashioned customer service at its finest.

Been there to buy reptile’s live insects and unfortunately the crickets box were full of flies and mouldy carrots and no hydration cube most of the crickets were dead. Not really healthy food for reptile. Tried to tell to one of the employee that old food should be taken out from the box to avoid mould, and she cut me off and left saying that they do what they can.

Very clean shop. The fish tanks are immaculate. I’m actually surprised it doesn’t get mentioned more in the aquatic forums.

Always great helpful staff here and an incredible range. Have been visiting for a few years now after calling in while driving past along South Street one day.

Huge shop! Great range of fish, mice and Guinea pigs. So many pet accessories. We went for dog treats. Too many to choose from! We bought cows ears, 5 for $10 cheap and some very cute dog biscuits.
