The Grape Place reviews
44Visited the place with my family and was met with the most unpleasant treatment by the owner. We asked if there were samples for the peaches and he replied that there were none in a really rude tone, then said “Don’t buy if you don’t want it”.
I always love coming down to the Grape place every Friday afternoon. Their grapes are big and sweet. Sharron is always friendly and willing to help.
Staff have always been very friendly and polite every time we went there. We have been buying grapes and other local produce from them for a few years now. Grapes are always sweet and very fresh. Everyone that I have recommended this place to have only good praises for them.
Very unpleasant experience here with horrendous service by the owner. He was very self-entitled and unfriendly.
The fruits selection was also very limited and in bad condition. They try to sell off the damaged ones when you wish to buy in smaller quantities.
We patronage this place each year and we were disappointed after spending $36 for 4kg of autumn crisp last Sunday, they weren't crisp until Tuesday. Most were getting soft and you can see the inside hollowed. If only I can post the photo of what it looked inside, I'm not impressed. It's either they weren't autumn crisp or they were not freshly picked and it came from another farm.
Dropped by with my friends while we were on a road trip, had a horrible experience that spoiled our day. The male owner was so arrogant and rude to us when we simply asked if there were other peaches that we could choose from as the ones there were bruised.
Racist owner that doesn’t welcome Asians. Had an unpleasant experience that really dampened our day.
Best grapes in the Valley! Always fresh and super crispy. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. They also sell delicious stone fruit and my kids love their watermelon slushies! I can definitely recommend this place!
It’s surprising how bad the customer service is here. The male owner was so rude and self-entitled.
This is our families go-to place for the freshest and sweetest grapes for years now! Their also have a great range of seasonal fruits and honey. All the produce we've tried from there is always very fresh, tasty and at a good affordable price. Sharron is also very friendly and nice to talk to. 5/5 service. Their vineyards are also large and incredibly beautiful! I highly recommend checking this place out!
A very very rude and self-entitled owner. I simply asked if he had more loose white peaches for me to choose from, he said he didn't and I didn't question further and started selecting the yellow peaches instead as there were bruises on the white ones. He then started saying the bruises were not damaged but they were just caused by "people like me who would press on them" which was a completely unnecessary comment. When I argued that I didn't press on them (which was true that I didn't and was simply placing aside my chosen ones), he arrogantly said "Don't buy if you don't want them. " We bought 10kg of grapes from them which I totally regret, and we won't be coming back.
The grapes here are definitely worth the purchase. Cheap and taste really good too! They have other different fruits available like squash etc but it depends on what season it is.
The Grape Place is selling old stock at the same price as their fresh produce. About a third of the autumn crisp I purchased today are soft and wrinkling.

Friendly helpful staff
Always smiling
Was Glad that we popped in. The grapes were big and juicy. See the size! Fantastic. While it was bit busy as there was a constant flow of customers, did not have to wait long to make payment. Staff were friendly too. Like that there is adequate car parking lots.
This place sells grapes more expensive than others.and customer communication is very bad. I went to buy their grapes but they looked at me like their beggars.
Went to this place 2 days after seeing reviews.we were all very disappointed.the grapes went off after 2 days.not to mention the other fruit we wasted our money on $74.the staff are rude and downright need a re train in customer service.i wouldnt recommend this place go down the road roundabout i think banara they were lovely wished we continued on.i bet they wrote their own reviews.i would go to coles than them EVER again.the tourist who came with us said much better down south.i would drive 4hrs than go to this place.if they had a ZERO star i would.
Great location in the Swan Valley to enjoy a wide range of black and green grapes (when in season). From the car ports covered in grape vines to the shop filed with local produce, it is a truly authentic shop with a lot to offer. It is a must stop location any time of the year, however, when the grapes are in season it is a definite stop to try out the varieties on offer
Poor costumer service. You guys should learn first how to approach your costumer nicely mostly if they are first time to visit. Smile and the world will smile you back!
Nice grapes, but lacking in customer service. None of the staff greets customers with a smile. We went in a small group of 3 and were never offered any grapes to try. When asked, the staff cut and offered one grape to 3 of us
Will be going to 3000 Grapes down the road from now on - they are much friendlier with equally fresh and food grapes!
