The Good Guys Butler

Unfortunately, have tried phoning this store numerous times over past few weeks. Phone rings out and no one answers. Have had a pick up booked twice with Good Guys Butler and no one showed on either occasion. Have lost count of how many times we've tried to sort this. Would no longer recommend them.

Will never shop there again. Lied to us about our product we ordered, then proceeded to take no responsibility in Cancelling the delayed order which could take another 6 weeks to be delivered. Then tell us that they wont offer a refund as the purchase went thru a portal direct to La Germania, and we have to wait for them to start the refund process. They can take your money but wont help to sort the refund after they lie to you about the product you purchased.

Unmatched customer service, return anything you buy no questions asked especially when make silly mistakes.

The best thing that THE GOOD GUYS do is take your money. They are absolutely useless at all other things. Never again will I use them. It's a shame that they are owned by JB HIFI. I really expected better.

Catherine B is an absolute asset to "The Good Guys". She has a wealth of knowledge and is the most genuine salesperson I have ever met. I won't go anywhere else now to buy anything electrical. Thank you Catherine, you truly are amazing

Went intending to buy a new sound bar, wireless headphones and hair clippers.
Absolutely no service!
Waited for a salesperson and none came.
When I mentioned the lack of service a “supervisor” said
“We have four salespeople on the floor and they can’t be everywhere at once”.
Found the hair clippers myself and went to JB’s for the rest.
Never bother with them again.

Always willing to help, get the info you want.no pressure to buy.
I have had great service ehen they were in Ocean keys and now in Butler. One lady has been working with them 14 yrs.still gives you her full attention. Her name escapes me for now. I always recognise her

Nice new store! Very spacious and well laid out!
The staff are also really nice, friendly and helpful! There are a large range of products available too!

Where is the service? In looking at speakers today for 15-20 minutes and not one person asked if I needed help. Needless to say I walked out empty handed

Went in to buy a washer/dryer combo and was met by Ryan. He has absolutely brilliant product knowledge and customer service skills.

He helped us with any and all questions, gave us his honest opinion on the products we were looking at and drew on his own personal experience to make the sale with us.

I can not recommend that man enough! Good on you Ryan!

I'm not even in WA and my online order got sent to this store, worst experience so far, days of sitting there processing, called through to check order, was placed on hold for 22 minutes and then hung up on, instantly called back and spoke with Natasha who original answered my call, she apologised and confirmed my order would be dispatched the next day, it was not. Feel bad for WA residents.
