I’ve bought many different products at The Good Guys over the years. My last purchase was a SOLT dishwasher and it lasted me 2 years and 10 months. The Good Guys only provided a 2 year guarantee. So my advise is don't buy any of their Dishwashers' with a such a poor guarantee. Certainly don't buy the SOLT dishwasher. The Good Guys staff were no help whatsoever in trying to solve the matter. Given that a Dishwasher is meant to last between 5-10 years. The Good Guys could have provided some customer service and covered the cost of the repairs. After all, it was The Good Guys that sold me the dud Dishwasher. The manufacturer of the SOLT Dishwasher were no help either. I will not be shopping at The Good Guys again.

Well, it's just like any other white goods retail store, nothing really sets it apart from anywhere else. Staff are professional and friendly enough Although the wait to collect your purchase, especially if it's bulky, can be lengthy.

Had Joondalup Store ring Butler for a water jug to be put aside with two boxes of filters, drove all the way up there to find they have no filters, why say you have stock and have put it aside when you don't. Complete waste of time and fuel

Just bought a washer and dryer from Goodguys Butler great service from Fatmata not pushy very friendly as was the checkout person. It was ready to pick up as we requested and brought out by Callu friendly and professional great service

Unfortunately after years and years of me going shopping for appliances at Good Guys I decided not to go there anymore cause one rotten egg ruined all others! I had awful experience with installation of My new dishwasher last week it started fine and it was delivered the following day but after we arrange & set date for the installation but I end up waiting for days for someone to come and get installed I also paid $150 for the installation in the Butler store, they sent me the worst unskilled rude person who instead of installing dishwasher by ruined my plumbing pipes and switch valve and left my house so I had to call my plumber to fix damage and to reinstall a dishwasher and paid additional $200 on top of $150! A Good Guys person called himself "Beckham" aka David Beckham had fake name and probably everything else was fake too but sales manager in store called Daniel was even worst he was ignorent useless and wasn't unwilling to get involved it this dispute or to help me, he was covering installation person and they faults and he was telling me it my plumbing was my responsibility to fix.avoiding to take care of it promised to pay me back my $150 but he lied to me i wander if they should change store name and call themselves "Bad guys" I have to walk back to the store 6 times and finally I got $139 back the question is are they care or are they shame of themself or they are not I guess I would never know.

I've never really had much of a problem with The Good Guys until now. We purchased a Robo Vac with the additional warranty of the gold concierge deal for extended warranty. Now that the Robo Vac is broken neither the original manufacturer, nor The Good Guys will repair or replace. Basically people dont pay for the Gold concierge it's a rip off.

I had amazing customer service from Stef (hope that's spelt right) in the TV department. She was so helpful and very patient. She went out of her way to help, even sacrificing her coffee break to make sure I had the best deal and that I purchased what I was looking for. If you're after TVs or sound bars talk to her for an amazing experience.

Good Guys Butler would have the most impatient, cranky Staff I’ve ever come across.
Went to buy a Washing Machine there yesterday and was served by a Middle aged Māori Lady who was just a cranky old Tart.
Impatient, rude, cynical, facetious smartarse,
I will never go there again to buy anything. That was enough.

The Prices are pretty competitive and you don't have to twist their arm to get a discount. The Store is big, clean and tidy and well stocked. I did have a issue with an item and they were able to exchange it immediately without any headaches so the after sales customer service is good in that sense.

The only constructive feedback I can leave is the staff when Ive been in are overly casual, and tend to have a bad habit of ignoring customers and chating to each other in groups either unintentially or because they are playing catch up with company procedures. Not a problem if your not shy and don't mind asking for help, but in comparison to competitors like Harvey Norman, it could be improved.

Worth a visit if your local. Know what your after and dont be shy to approach staff.

Customer for a few years already and today we bought a new washing machine in the new store in Butler. The team helped and guided us in our choice and the manager Rebecca was fantastic. I highly recommend this store.

Been waiting months for an LG TV to be repaired second time around. Went into store many times, nobody had a clue what was going on as no notes were left. Spoke to the manager, asked for a refund but that couldn't be done until its been assessed by LG. Now 4 months down the line, still not heard anything, no refund, no TV. Never known anything like it, will not be buying from them ever again and would definitely not recommend.

Terrible service, salespeople more interested in chatting to each other than helping customers. Went to counter, asked about discount for cash, told we can price match. No thanks, l would rather go to the retailer that offered the lower advetised price.
Pity the Clarkson store closed. They were so much more helpful.

Sold me a washer and dryer and could get the dryer as they have sold like 20 on back order, this was over 2 months ago and now they are offering a refund witch will take another 10 days.

I only wanted to beable to wash and dry my clothes, but apparently taking people money is your highest concern (even you you can't deliver on what your selling)

Simple if you don't have the item DONT try to sell it

First time in the new store was great immediately had a staff member attend to me and I brought an Air Fryer in excess of $300. Great
Ok next visit looking for a phone not even 1 staff member approached me.with confusion I gave up and left.
Next possible purchase I asked for fans and was given a you beaut Aussie four finger direction.
Found them and after a decision I had to ask a team member for help.
I did spend $270 on a fan only because I spotted it in the stock above.
I have worked retail before.
See a customer, acknowledge a customer, and they will then feel comfortable to approach you if they feel they need your help.
Clearly management are not interested in
making money.this should be the first priority to generate business.
Customers are what keeps you alive.

Bought LG dishwasher last Friday. Had it install the next day. I had a leaking issue after their sub contractor installation service. Ryan and Nathan were extremly helpful, offered to swap a new machine for me straight away. The issue got resolved at the day without swapping the machine. Brilliant service.
