32The service is shocking.went into the store to get a product and spoke with the manager (Trevor) who said he wouldn't get the item in because is wasn't a stocked item. He continued to say i need to order it from the good guys online site and it would ship from the nearest store with stock. So I went home to do so, The order then went to the Geraldton store anyway and the service could be the worst I have seen in a very long time. The staff behind the counter lie and don't do as they say they will. Wont be back any time soon after i get the item ordered if it ever comes.
Couldn't find a staff member and then when someone came to assist us they had no idea and didn't seem interested anyway. We took our money elsewhere to a another company who where happy to help and knew what their product
Shocking Service. Went there 5 Times for faulty product claim. Made me wait 30 minutes each time.
Would never buy anything from here ever.
Not impressed with paying off my layby on a fridge to be presented with sample stock. Surely when you reserve an item through the layby process you are to expect a packaged and new item. No discount would be given so I received a refund instead, with condescending attitude from all staff involved. Very disappointing. Happy to take my refund to purchase a fridge else where with better customer service.
Worst service everytime! Waited 20 minutes for service, floor staff were busy with a customer, but 3 staff were behind the counter talking, not once even looking in my direction I've had this before in there, it's like if they are behind the counter they ignore you. I asked the senior lady of the group if she was in charge, she was, I politely told her this wasn't the first time I'd experienced bad customer service there, but on this occasion the fact that 3 staff were talking and ignoring me was bad customer service Her response was "Sorry about that but we were actually talking about business"! Seriously if they keep up that service they wont have to worry about any business. This was the 3rd time in a row we have experienced this, we wont be going back
Bought a small Westinghouse freezer online, went to collect tonight, the service was proficient and very friendly.thank you staff involved
Used to be a really nice store, I don't know what's happened but the business itself has gone downhill pretty drastically.
Last week I went in for a fitbit versa, none on the shelf but after 15 minutes of waiting for assistance they said they have 3 in stock. A further 10 minutes was spent looking for the device in all their storage cabinets. They found one but it was in the wrong colour.
I wasn't asked if I wanted one ordered in, they just said sorry we can't find the other ones. But rather than putting the item on the shelf she just puts it back in storage.
I've just gone back in today hoping they have some more in stock. But the shelf is still empty. I asked if they have any in stock, and was told they had 3. So the nice older bloke searched in every storage cabinet but turned up with nothing. I was told "sorry they must be missing, I'll have to rectify that in the system".
Fair enough, but It looks like the shelf has been empty the entire week. The way your stock is looked after seems incredibly unprofessional. And most of the staff I've dealt with don't really appear to care.
Like I said, used to be a good store. I'd prefer to spend a little bit extra somewhere else and get better service. Thanks anyway.
Competitive prices. Would give 5, but it took a long time to be served when the shop was empty of customers.
Rude and clueless staff. Had no idea what I was asking for, let alone understood my needs. Needs to hire people who understand electronics and PC parts.

Of course one of my best store is good guys except good guys Geraldton particularly. Had done several shopping in last two years and experienced worse costumer service every single time. Manager himself rude. When I enter on store, I feel like the whole management team is upset just because I am doing shopping there, that's how they behave. I would like to suggest everyone go to good guys not never to good guys Geraldton.
