My fridge died on the Friday before the New Years Eve long weekend. So we went into Good Guys Geraldton as soon as it opened hoping they would be able to deliver the same day. Great news! They were able to deliver the same day and we got a great deal on a new fridge. Thanks to Darryl and his team at Good Guys!

Horrible place, disgusting service and very rude checkout staff, will not be shopping there again, and there contact number for customer support will never get you through to anyone, and the online chat bot is useless. The Good Guys if you see this I would appreciate a phone call regarding my issue I've had for over a month now.

Haven’t been there for a while, and when I visited I was surprised by how much stock and variety they have got there now versus before. More staff and they were very nice and attentive and in particular (Rose) who helped us today, she was fantastic, informative and very welcoming. Thank you.

Had an issue with a Bosch small appliance which was purchased from The Good Guys Geraldton. Not only was the service I received from Bosch superb, but the customer service from The Good Guys Geraldton was excellent, the Manager and Mikayla were a pleasure to deal with. Best and largest selection for white goods and all your other electrical household appliances. Phones, televisions, drones, coffee machines, they have it all and pretty decent prices. The staff have always been friendly and helpful everytime I have walked through the doors

The store is good they have a large range of items mostly electronic and home wares very good service and good deals if your prepared to bargain a little for them.

They get staff Young kids to work their they do not know anything about the products they sell all they care about is making money my advice to geraldton customers go to harvy Norman or Mitchell Brown they will treat you with respect and help you all needs. Don't waste your money at good guys

So disappointed with delivery service. Ring me around 2: 00pm, said they will around 3: 30 to 4pm. I said my work is until 4: 30 but they said they have many orders for delivery and cannot fix me after 4: 30 so I have to go back from work early and wait since 3: 15 (when I requested at The Good Guys I already requested salesman and even manger that I am working full-time and let them know my available time). They arrive my home at 4: 50pm. I know you guys are busy but please also respect us as well. We do have our own schedules.

Nice big, open, and bright store.
The prices are above moderate in comparison to other stores that sell the exact same brands.
Customer service is okay, although only one staff member ever smiles.

Stopped here to look at buying a Laptop Power Bank as we travel around Australia in a Motorhome. Had wonderful service from Vanessa who was patient and answered all our questions enabling us to buy with confidence. She was cheerful, pleasant and efficient giving us answers to all our questions even looking up the ones she didn’t know about. When we thanked her for her service she said she learned a lot from our questions. Such excellent service is rare these days and so we commend this store for employing someone like Vanessa who does an outstanding job serving customers. Thank you Vanessa & The Good Guys!

Best price for electrical good with wonderful happy friendly staff who are only to happy to help. I move to Garden had a fridge die on me the manger replaced it and let me get the fridge first then bring broken one back, due to me living in the bush in a farm house.

Great friendly customer service, I went in with a faulty coffee machine and got it replaced with no hassle

Ordered new coffee maker whilst caravanning in Carnarvon. Arrived in Geraldton and it was waiting f o r me. No fuss, as it should be.

Misleading and misinforming customers as always, was initially told you didnt sell a product for me to find it on your website and go back instore to be told they could get it up (not actually stating its a "special order"). But that they can advise you that you will recieve a full refund over the phone, not once being advised of a "10% restocking fee" upon cancellation of an order even after 4 points of contact with staff. Nothing on their website, no instore policy or displayed instore. Solely relying on the fact the reciept vaguely says "may be charged a cancellation fee" on the back down the very bottom, which is cheeky as it is after the transaction has been processed. Will not be shopping here again.

This place was really good got what I wanted for a really good price and I'm happy to have it and now it's making me very happy

Prices in-store didn't match advertised prices on the net, check what your items price is on the good guys website 1st. This was my only problem, but when the price difference is $50.it matters.

Yesterday I couldn't even get any service from staff & today I got the manager who obviously felt he had better things to be doing. He definitely needs to be retrained in customer service & product service which he didn't seem to know much about. Even a 1 rating is too high.

They only stock what they want to sell you. Often you can not find what you are looking for and the "techspert" will just offer an alternative to what you want. I often end up leaving empty handed but with a full wallet.

The lady who served me was very kind. I came to buy a phone and I was straight in and straight out, the lady even gave me a discount. Would definitely come again to buy something else.
