This is another one of the best food stores I have ever been into, absolutely spoiled with choice. So beautifully set up, so clean, so fresh, neat, and so immaculate. And did I mention the aray of flowers. So pretty. Well done to all the staff always so very friendly when we have come to visit. Open 24/7. Literally! This is our favourite supermarket to go to! Quality products, good service & open 24/7! We have also used their catering services and highly recommend.

The staff are absolutely FANTASTIC! I had a caterer bail on me last minute and I needed some grazing boxes made up super quickly. Even though they don't offer that service, the team took my request and had two absolutely beautiful grazing boxes made up for me within a couple of hours. Seriously the team here is absolutely phenomenal and so helpful. 10/10 service, staffing and delivery of services.

How disappointing food on yr warmer, not again, all dried out.why even sell dried out hot food? Yes I paid for it.

Great friendly staffs except for 1 male cashier. Had a bad experience recently. The male cashier wasn't happy helping with my groceries into my shopping bag. He was aggressively throwing my groceries into my shopping bag. I even politely said TQ but no response at all from him. He should be sent for customer service training.

Amazing place, open 24 hrs, huge variety of products. Fresh produce, not cheap, but great value.

This is by far one of the best supermarket in Perth. If your after quality, i can guarantee you'll be going back. And for quick easy meals they have a huge variety to choose from.

This place is a class act. Quality abounds but you're going to pay. As they say, price is what you pay.quality is what you get. Love the place.

Hi team, I just went in for som Mortadella. Asked for 4 slices. There was 2 in the fridge. One of them was Older than the other. You could say from the colour of it. It was shades different than the fresh one. The lady serving me said she is not allowed to open the fresh one until the bad one is finished.
Translation: we cant sell fresh stuff to customers if we can make more money from dated products.
Such a shame.

Had to pay $41.99 (full price for this cake) that was scraped and damaged and the deli lady wouldn’t even knock say even $5 off or anything. This was also the very last black Forrest so I wasn’t trying to be difficult or sly by picking out the worse cake to try score a cheaper price. I told the deli lady it was a birthday cake for my sister and before I even asked if she could give a small discount I asked if it could possibly be slightly fixed and she said no and was zero help. Horrible service. I work retail and always love to go above and beyond for my customers, even being more apologetic would have been amazing but she wasn’t. (Date I went in 24/06/2022 and paid at 4: 38pm)

The only grocer, liquor store, essentials shop and much more in south perth foreshore open 24 hours. Has everything you need. Also have quick bites, confectionary and salads. Price is usually on the higher side. Usually, the fresh confectionary prepared in the day is given away for 1 dollar post 8 pm.

Friendly staff and great range of products and fresh produce to choose from. A little on the pricey side but you'd expect that.

If i'm being completely honest, the customer service here isn't the greatest.i came here today and purchased 3 sushi packets to then realise later that i had actually been overcharged for 4 when i realised the total came to $43 for 5 items.and respectfully, the girl should've been aware of the price and that something didn't add up.i didn't take the receipt unfortunately so i have no way of proving that i purchased 3 sushi packets.and not to mention, I also got a small pesto pasta salad from the deli, and the whole container was filled up with mainly spinach instead of the pasta.i am a bit disappointed, because the level of customer service wasn't very good at all.

Fresh produce, well stocked, displayed well, and reasonably priced.
Excellent prepared food. Excellent selection of more "unusual" items, cheeses, sliced meats. The best sliced prosciutto in Perth.they slice it so so fine.

Overall, this is the best supermarket in WA. It is worth the trip if it is not your local. The creations meals in particular are fantastic. Another thank you to Sally and Joy for the high quality meals they prepare each week.

Grabbed a yummy roast beef and vegetables with gravy from their wonderful food counter. Friendly helpful service too.

For when you want to buy groceries but also want to feel like the child of an S&P500 CEO. Fanciest IGA in probably the entire world but the essentials remain at standard cost.
