Great service. Well set out TAB, near the front bar but still a separate room for filling out tickets and screens.

For real the first time I have ever been here was the other week I will definitely be going back in the future

Staff were fantastic, beer was cold all in all it was an excellent night watching the BUCCS win the SBL Grand Final

A lovely place to kick back in the beer gardens or cool interior on a lazy Sunday. Prices are great. Nice big serves too!

Bistro staff were friendly and helpful. Food was good, plentiful and low-price. The outdoor bar also had excellent service. If the question was to rate the Bistro only, it would be 5 Star.

Having been asked why 1 star I thought it unfair to not give a reason.

Re the main bar.

About 6pm my wife and I entered the main bar, through a door (on Campbell St?) that opened as we approached. We were looking for the Bistro. Despite us being far from 'straight-laced', or 'wowsers', the situation in the bar was unexpected, embarassing and unpleasant to us. Confused, and hungry, we headed through, still looking for the Bistro.

I do not wish to list more details. Management should be able to recognise them.

NB, this is NOT a criticism of the staff, I see it as a management issue, about respect for the men and women who visit and work in this place, that neither be exploited to gain extra money.

Have been before for drinks in the outside beer garden & it's nice in the right weather. Big screen with music videos showing.
Went for dinner the other night and it did fall short of expectations.
The salt & pepper squid lacked in its namesake seasoning. The pork belly had no crackling and too much fat to meat ratio. The accompanying chips & salad was nice as was portion size & prices.
Simple menus but with a bit of tweaking could add that extra wow and keenness for return visits

Good live music, good food, unfortunately they light fires in the beer garden and the smoke is a bit overwhelming.

Superb room layout for parents with children (a double and three singles). Exceptional value for money buffet breakfast, with many child friendly options. Will certainly stay again.

Great staff & events, excellent food at an even better price, huge variety of drinks & they stock the nectar of the gods. REAL DIET COKE IN THE CAN (Can't help it I'm addicted and LIVE FOR DIET COKE. Say no to zero/New/whatever!)

Great Beer garden very nicely set up and the food was good with great selection of alcohol enjoyed the dinner with wife and friends here indeed! The staff all friendly and positive also.

Stopped in on a trip up north, waited 45 mins for the food to come. Wasn't nice, steak was overcooked and some chips were brown and off. Only good thing is that the price is reasonable. But you get what you pay for.

Brilliant fish curry for $12 at lunch today. We have eaten here several times over the past 3 years and have never been disappointed. Amazing value and quality. Keep up the good work guys.

It's a bit dull during the week but it's pleasant and the staff are ace. The manager was excellent at dealing with a drunk invader, calm and skilled, provoked but not losing his cool. Nice work staff.

A relaxed atmosphere with live music to enjoy in the Beer Garden on the weekends. There must be a new Chef here, as recently the food has been amazing quality for the prices, also with a lot more options on the menu.

I have been there for lunch, and dinner, it's a pleasant atmosphere with great food with a modest price.

As a company we travel all over WA for work and eat a pubs most nights. The food dish up to the 4 of us was barely eatable. 90% of the food was left on the table. Don’t wast your money!

No eftpos. Hostile, racist and misogynistic crowd in sore need of a 21st century education. 1 star for beer served in pints and a star for the ace, long suffering bands.

Just went in to pub after work with the guys looking forward to a good pub feed! What a disappointment I honestly can’t think of a worse looking meal from a Australian pub. The steak was uneatable, fish was average and the chowder had enough salt in it to give smiths chips a run for there money. Go to Maccas instead.

The venue is so user friendly! The staff are absolutely wonderful They are right on the ball and so politeful. Brilliant to see & hear! Over 2 days.did not find any problem with their meals.delish & soooooo reasonably priced. Lovely beer garden. Well done!
