Recently I visited furniture gallery Osborne park to purchase some decorating stuff for our new house. I was impressed by the range of products they have compare to other furniture stores.

Had an absolutely great experience with The Furniture Gallery recently.
In store Rachel was a huge help in choosing a gorgeous dining table and chairs and sideboard both which suit our new apartment perfectly and a big shout out to the two delivery guys who delivered our furniture and assembled it, they took extra care and were super accommodating, very personable and cleaned up afterwards. Thanks to the whole team:)

We had an amazing experience shopping at The Furniture Gallery! My mum and I sat and tried many couches, and friendly service from Rachel made our decision easier. I was very impressed with the friendliness and first class service offered by Goran, Tom, and the team at the Furniture Gallery (Osborne Park).

Goran was so helpful. He talked us through some furniture and decor options that aligned with our preferred style (modern but homely). Tom was also very obliging and was able to coordinate the delivery of our items in very good time (worth mentioning as some other stores that we visited had delivery wait times of several months).

Goran has been absolutely superb & an approachable salesperson who has gone above and beyond for us from the very first time we walked into the beautiful store. The best part about him is that he isn’t your typical pushy salesperson who just wants to sell, he will honestly tell you if something goes or if it doesn’t!

He’s super welcoming and friendly. One of the many examples of how far he would go just to ease your shopping experience is when he asked his manager to bring in a big lounge suite into the store just so I could see it in person because it wasn’t displayed on the shop floor.

Goran I just want to wish you all the best in your job because the furniture gallery at Osborne Park are truly lucky to have such an incredible staff member at the store. Please see Goran if you know or if you don’t know what you’re doing because you’ll be well and truly looked after!

ALLL the staff I have encountered at this shop have all been such down to earth amazing human beings and after going around to so many places to find the perfect couch I was really spoilt for choice here! Highly recommend x

The staff were amazing, I was lost and had no clue how to style my dining with the rest of my house. Joanne helped me, we looked at many different options and she gave me confidence and direction.
I purchased the marble table and opted for delivery.
The delivery was $120 which I initially thought was a bit steep until the delivery came.
The boys were awesome, they were super friendly, they unpacked the table and laid out a rug on my carpet to put it together, they set it all up and talked very highly about their client (FG) the whole time.
Worth it just for the customer experience. Everyone I came across seemed so genuinely nice, the product is awesome. I can’t wait to come back and get the rest of my house furnished.

My wife and I visited The Furniture Gallery in Osborne Park a month ago and were assisted by Goran. He helped us with purchasing our new bedroom furniture, at the time we were undecided about which sofa to purchase, on our second trip back he remembered us and was helpful - but not pushy in his sales approach. On our third visit, my wife waited for Goran to be able to help us, he happily carried furniture around the store for her so she could look at colours schemes, nothing was too big of an ask. When the decision was made, not only did he provide us with a discounted rate but gave us a housewarming present for the new property. Completely unexpected! Not only was the customer service a stand out (by all team members) but the product is of high quality and realistically priced. Our furniture will be delivered in 2.5 weeks as we asked, BRAND NEW (not like some companies with 16 week wait times) with a full service where it is not only delivered, but assembled and the rubbish removed also. We will be recommending The Furniture Gallery to everyone.

Thank you to Goran the store manager at Furniture Gallery Osborne Park for great service and design advice. My home is full of wonderful pieces from the store, but without Goran’s exceptional design advice my home would not look so aesthetically pleasing.

Bought some beautiful furniture and homewares from their Osborne Park store. The staff are very helpful. The best is their medium mattress Shangri-la! All I can say is WOW! I am finally sleeping like a baby without waking up tossing in bed. It is worth every cent. The delivery guys were very professional too.
