I had an unfortunate incident where the legs of my chair snapped off. Upon emailing the furniture gallery I was met with a disappointing response of simply just telling me there was nothing they could do. I decided after that that I’ll go to the actual store and see if I could get any help there. I was met with Goran who was extremely helpful and immediately told me how I could get my hands on new legs for my chair, which I was previously told in the email, wasn’t possible. Extremely grateful for Goran’s help

I love This showroom, simply stunning, such an inspiration. It’s like Aladdin’s cave, so many unique and interesting homewares. I purchased The belle 3 seater Sofa from Osborne Park in the Sofa Sale. It’s sooo comfy and everyone comments how lovely it looks in my home.

As always we had a lovely shopping experience both at the Cockburn and Osborne Park stores recently. We purchased a sofa with chaise, dining table and chairs, bed, leather occasional chair as well as a desk and office chair. The staff were all very helpful and managed to organise delivery of all our items on our specified date. The white glove delivery service offered is also second to none. They take great care on delivery, set everything up and even remove all the packaging, making the whole experience from beginning to end seamless.

I bought a beautiful glass top table and when I got it home the glass was damaged. So I contacted Tom, the Manager at the Osborne Park store. Replacing it wasn't a problem at all for them. They checked the new one and the glass was perfect. So I took it home and when we put it together the legs were uneven. Once again Tom and the team were amazing and helpful.

They ordered a new one and put it together and double checked it and kept me informed very step of the way from ordering the new one to pick up.

I've bought many items from Furniture Gallery and they've always been of the highest quality. Sometimes a faulty product comes along but it's how the staff deal with it that makes the difference. Tom and the team could not have given me better customer service - and I am fussy!

They have beautiful furniture and decor and you should all go in and see what's on offer. You will be inspired!

We had an amazing experience at Osborne Park Furniture Gallery and whats even better was the service we recived by Maureen. She guided us well with our queries and explained us our options there, which we found to be really helpful to narrow down our selections, We ended up buying a King bed for our master bedroom and a dining table along with 8 chairs, we needed to reschedule the delivery few times until we recieve our keys to the house and it was easy coordinaing this with Maureen, We couldnt be happier with our purchase - great quality and great delivery service as well. I believe the diference between a good and a great experience is all in the delivery and worth mentioning that they provide a white glove delivery and took away all packaging after setting up the furniture.

Thank you, Tom, for your professionalism in a PR nightmare. You may have single-handedly saved a customer relationship. IF we return as customers, it will be to Osbourne Park and never Cockburn. A single telephone call made the difference.

Hi, I just wanted to message to say the service I got from Goran last week on Friday was fantastic, I came in to see a couch that was on your website you no longer have as it's obsolete and Goran spent the time to find a couch that fit all my specific criteria and price range. He was very patient and intent to find me a solution without being pushy. I called back later to confirm I wanted the couch and he emailed me the quote within minutes and organised delivery in under a week (5 star for an impatient person like me). We are gradually renovating each room in the house and I will definitely be back when I start the next room thanks to the product range and service. Please pass on my thanks to Goran.
