Great to see a fantastic pub with great view of the water and The dolphins swimming blistfully. With cold beer And Fantastic pub favourites

Good food, nice views and friendly staff. Reasonable prices. Service was fairly quick for meals and drinks. Enjoyable night out with family and friends.

Tuesday is steak night, it was cooked exactly as requested and was tender, the only complaint was that the chips were underneath the steak and the garlic prawn sauce over the steak had made them soggy. Apart from that it was an excellent meal and the service was great

Great staff makes any outing better but to have good food as well as fantastic! We will be back again that's for sure!

Dropped in for a quick beer on a Friday. First time visit.
The place was packed. The outside area was full and inside was limited seating due to the numbers.
We were lucky enough to get a seat by the window looking out over the water.
Such a nice outlook watching the boats go by.
The service was fast (especially seeing it was so busy) and friendly. A good selection of beers in tap.
We will be back.

Disappointed me last went. Salads turned sweat and spoil. Grilled fish was really small and over cooked. Should not even serve to customers. It deters regular customers confidence of what fresh produce from kitchen and repatronize the venue again.

We went with a big group who ordered a Christmas dinner, not my favourite. However, the meals coming out looked wonderful, the atmosphere very good and staff very friendly and most helpful. Would recommend this venue and maybe take them up on hubby sitting! LOL

Creamy garlic prawns were disgusting told management
The sauce taste like packet chesse sauce
And the rice wasn't white it was yellow which doesn't make sense.

Disappointing for I ate here 6 months ago and it was good

Our first visit back after many years. The location is fantastic with views over the Dawsville Channel. Staff were great, really friendly and impeccable service. We were a table of 6 and all the food was delicious and well presented. Will definitely be returning in the near future.

Good spot for a meet up with family and friends. Reasonable prices. Decent food. Wonderful view. And the staff are lovely.

This place just seems to get better and better from the early days. Steak night is our favourite especially with the happy hour, great local (and the views are great)

Such a beautiful, clean relaxed restaurant/ casual place. Food is great, service is freindly, alcohol can purchased. Clean toilets. Nice for families.

Had a lovely tea there tonight 24/12/21 meal was delicious and staff so very friendly. Will definitely go back there.

The Cut tavern was a nice place to eat, very busy. The ribs are delicious, the coleslaw needs an upgrade, a different dressing on it as the dressing wasn't very tasty. Zoosh coleslaw dressing is delicious and I'm sure you can buy it bulk.
But our group had a nice time.

Got asked to leave because we had our dog in the beer garden at the entrance. Wont be going back. Foods average, good view thats all

Food was ok.
1 really great fantastic older waitress however, a younger waitress treated us (group booking) like we were a hassle. Sighing, rolling her eyes getting angry and annoyed she's really in the wrong job! Was a very long night, we arrived at 6.30, for mains and dessert but people were already leaving before dessert was served as it was getting so late. Was after 9pm and there were only around 20 of us and hardly anyone else there. Dessert was served but hadn't taken away our mains plate? Little disorganised and disappointing.

Food is horrible! Worst parmi we have ever had not even real chicken and was cold in the middle. Won’t be returning and don’t recommend. Only good thing about the place is the view.

Great pub/restaurant/Café, with really nice staff and good food. Fantastic views of the Dawesville cut. Food isn't cheap but the views are to die for.
Can be raucous at night.
