We live in Tom Price but have been here twice. The food is amazing the service impeccable and the cleanliness is above and beyond. We will keep coming back when we can

Had berry pancakes and loaded crossiant with coffees. Coming from someone who's had 18 months experience as a cafe manager and 5+ years in hospitality this place is really well run. Not often you see the owner on the floor doing just as much as any other staff member, particularly on a quiet Tuesday morning. Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. Credits to the barista for the coffees, decent texture and good flavour, as well as to the kitchen for the food which was very fast and tasty. The pricing was also reasonable and the menu was well set out. Could potentially advertise specials outside as well as inside so you don't have to stand near the till to read but this is very minor and could be because they aren't allowed to interrupt the walkway outside. All round one of the best run cafes I've ever been to, next time we visit Perth will definitely be back. Well done to Kylie and whole Colony team.

Starting with a wonderful warm welcome by staff. The clean and comfortable atmosphere a delight.
My order of a mug of jot chocolate and qscrambled eggs and bacon no toast extra scrambled was delivered shortly after I ordered. Both drink and food was delicious.
I shall be returning in the near future to sample more of their great selection of both hot and cold offerings.

Very chill and relaxing place to have brekkie at. Highly recommended if your looking for a meetup place other than Dome in the area.

Sensational service followed up with sensational coffee. Have visited a few times now, and the owner has always greeted us with a smile, and even remembered our order (long black, and FW with lactose free). Hands down the best coffee in Midland.

Went into The Colony of Midland about 11am on a Thursday. They were reasonably busy. I ordered a large late and a small peppermint hot chocolate. I sat down to wait for my order and after a little while asked if I could add a ham and cheese croissant to my order.

I mentioned that I needed to be off in a hurry as I'm working from home and had a meeting coming up. They said not a problem and quickly had the croissant heated up and drinks prepared. Very kind of them to do that particularly as they were already kinda busy. The food and drinks all tasted great.

Saw the kids corner they have and that sold me! Great staff, amazing food and coffee 10/10 and well priced too, my 2 year old was so happy she could play with some toys while we waited for our meals. Only wish we knew about this place sooner!

Seemed to be popular with the retiree crowd. My decaf iced coffee was very tasty. Not too sweet which was nice.

Visited for breakfast, what a lovely place.
Really well thought out decor makes the Colony feel and look lovely, it has a great atmosphere and the breakfast was just perfect with really nice, friendly service. The coffee is also the best I have had in a long time; if I was local to Midland this would be my go to eatery, I will make a special journey to call in when I am on my way to a day out in the hills.

First time having a meal at The colony of Midland. The meal was exceptional and service amazing we live South of the river and would definitely be visiting again. Eggs Benedict was delicious and the colony breakfast lived up to its name. Hope this review help others. Bon appetite

What a vibe! The food, coffee, drinks and customer service were excellent. It has a great vibe and all the staff are lovely. ️

The Colony provided a great lunch experience. My steak sandwich was of a high standard. Staff were kind and the food was good value for money.
