The Coffee Club Café - Innaloo

Ordered cheese and chicken sandwich which took a while to come and then there was no cheese on it! Try to order the avo avo avo which they had a poster of at the front desk and they didn’t know what I was talking about and never bothered to come and have a look! Not good enough for a coffee club

It was not the peak dining time of breakfast, lunch or dinner. In fact was there mid afternoon for a coffee and cake. Staff at register looked like she could not be bothered taking my order. Gave me a 'hurry up order and go away' look. Being a club member, I was unimpressed and not rate this outlet well.

I've been to this store on and off over the last decade. It is probably the best Coffee Club I've been to Australia-wide. They serve consistent coffee and in the last year or so, I believe the coffee has improved.

I had a very good experience here on 31 July 21 around 4 pm.
The Manager with blonde hair served me and she was very welcoming and patient.
Also, the Barista with black hair was kind and professional - she went above and beyond to produce hot, high-quality takeaway coffees. She even offered to put those black little pins in the takeaway cups to keep them warm, along with a tray

We both enjoyed our coffees - I look forward to the next one.

Food and coffee are good, but one of their cashers seem not good at math even though she has a computer.

Slow service and no common sense.
There were some staffs walking around instead of helping your team that was only one taking orders from the customer s. Can see you busy but no manage what is priority

It was very busy. The wait time for food was about 25 minutes and they were still doing uber eats instead of pausing it and serving customers right in front of them until they had it under control. The food was good.

I thought the quality of the food was horrible. Toasty not nice, all it was a big chunk of bread.

Good service, free limited parking, Coffee Americano and a Cafe Latte was of good quality and efficient service***

Very disappointed with the customer service. I purchased a Groupon valid until 31st December 2020. When I tried to redeem it at this location, I was rudely told they would not accept it, even though it's valid. Apparently this came from the Manager, Jade.

I called a different location to confirm validity and acceptance, and they said they would gladly accept it.

Came in to buy a regular hot chocolate and a large mocha, Isaac served me and was extremely friendly and helpful!

Great staff + Manager excellent service always quick efficient always accommodating with our newborn triplets and 18 month old!

I found coffee club really good with cheerful staff (despite a painful customer), strongly flavoured coffee and perfectly poached eggs, even though I was using a $6.80 Groupon. I will definitely return.

Waited 45 minutes for eggs and salmon.
Staff were not at all accommodating. Saw customers actually go up and have to grab their own food from the kitchen.
Most coffee clubs are useless when it comes to customer service

So I ordered a bacon and egg flat wrap with coffee. Worse breakfast I've had in moths and I've been traveling around Asia and they are meant to be a 3rd world!
So disappointed not worth anyone's good money and good time, the owns need to firer all the cooks and take a hard look in the mirror to better his company!

A range of Eggs on Toast etc. Variety of cakes & pastries.

I like sipping on a flat white when I am in Innaloo shopping centre. But I have noticed lately my flat white arriving in less than clean cups on numerous occasions now. Will skip for a while they hopefully get this sorted.

Friendly manager.very efficient service.meals ALWAYS hot.
But then again. Company adds to the ""flavour"'.

Just had a stale croissant an average cup of tea. While sitting there over heard a staff member named Ally being very rude to the customer at next table. It was terrible. All this poor lady wanted was a paper cup as she was sick. They way she was made to feel waa not okay. She left with tears in her eyes. I will never be returning. Hey Ally, its called hospitality for a reason! Zero stars!
