The Coffee Club Café - Innaloo

Food (ham and cheese croissant) was a little cold and the coffee was slightly acidic.

Mum got 3 dirty glasses for her drink, one with lipstick stains still on the rim.

Speech of the girl with green glasses and 4 leaf clover pendant at the register was completely unintelligible. She mumbled everything and we had to ask her to repeat everything twice.

Really gone downhill since the change of management and I would absolutely avoid this spot.

Sorry but do not recommend the coffee frappe, it was the most disgusting frappe I have ever drank. Maccas can do better, it’s honestly a joke

Better than Karrinyups Coffee Club. Food can be hit & miss. Today's was good. Bit pricey though but so is everything else in the food court. Friendly enough staff.

Called in for a quick lunch. At first the girl was confused about their special but redeemed herself when we received our order. Had mentioned i was sharing with my husband so it came with an extra plate and cutlery and a cheerful smile.

The waitress saw me eating the wrong food as it looked very similar to what I had ordered. My wife did not get her food, and the waitress said it's basically too bad and did not fix the issue.

Spoke to the manager, and she reversed the transaction. Good management, however, I believe the waitress could have stopped this from happening as all she had to do was bring one extra dish. The waitress had said their were 2 table 16's, but I found out that she covered up the issue. I would have appreciated more honesty and a solution from the waitress herself.

Had a club sandwich with cold fries. Sandwich was ok but fries cold. Pretty poor delivery.

Very busy which is understandable being in a shopping mall. Our table was a bit messy but they apologised and cleaned it quickly. Our meals came quick and we enjoyed it very much. The Green smoothie was delicious and the made sure we had everything we needed.

Have been coming here for years but just received the worst service. Was originally told food would take 10mins. After 23mins I went to ask what was happening. A few minutes later I was told it would be another 10mins. When I asked for the food to be made asap, that we had been waiting 15mins more than the ETA we had been given, I was given a shrug and told there was nothing they could do - we could either wait or get a refund. I said there was something that could be done, the food could be made asap. I've waited less time in busy high end European restaurants.it was certainly not that busy to have to wait 35mins for food.

The manager wouldn't budge, so I reluctantly said we'll take a refund. However as it was being processed the food was ready. I had asked for sweet potato chips but got wedges and when I asked why the manager again shrugged said supply issues. Won't be coming again if I can help it

My wife and I wanted to have a coffee. We were passing your coffee shop and decided to stop there.
We ordered 2cappuccinos
The lady asked which size. We ordered 2 medium. She asked where we would be sitting so I told her. The table we sat at was disgusting. Crumbs all over. It hadn't been cleaned after the previous people/person left.
Our coffee arrived, in take away cups. We hadn't been asked if it was take away. We had to remove the top to add sugar and ask for a spoon.
Not impressed and probably never recommend or return there again.

The two young ladies serving were very nice & friendly.
Ordered breakfast this morning, scrambled eggs, bacon, mushrooms, extra piece of toast&
Coffee. Breakfast arrived without extra piece of toast, tiny amount of mushrooms & no extra piece of toast.
Advised front staff regarding extra toast missing (I had paid for) but came back & said kitchen advised it would be an extra $3+. Kitchen wouldn’t budge, so went without. Kitchen cook dismissive & ignorant. Worst breakfast I have had at a coffee club. Scrambled eggs cold & bland, mushrooms oily & tiny serving. Again I stress not the fault of the waiting staff. Won’t be going there again.

Today 22nd September dirty cutlery change the cup an saucer 3 times today. On the 18 of September 4 days. Something happened a again with the cutlery. Very dirty establishment. Well be not coming here again. Very disappointed customer

The front staff was very nice, but the kitchen staff was very rude. I got my food after more than 20 minutes and they my food was already cold. I ordered pancakes with mixed berries and they just gave me some frozen berries. When I went to them the chef was very rude. I had a very bad experience.

Customer service good. Could be more aware of tables that need clearing/wiping. Coffee 4/5 You are welcoming.

Tried to order the mushroom flat grill
After staring at the screen for a minute
The girl told me, sorry we have run out
By the looks of things, she just couldn’t find it and didn’t bother asking her other colleagues to help.

I instead ordered the bacon and egg flat grill which I received 17 minutes later

I enjoy going to coffee clubs
But this has by far been my worst experience

Waited over an hour for delivery for our food, then they sent it to us COLD! Tasted absolutely disgusting at a cost of $70. +
Wont answer their ph.it just hangs up instantly. If you cant provide a service dont take our money!

Ordered smashed avo, received bite sized meal. Pancakes weren't great either. Major fail for coffee!

Service was good. Tip. Making a customer at welcome can go a long way.
Had the big breakfast. Toast was perfict (nice and buttery) eggs, perfict. Bacon cooked well (recommend trimming fat).
Mushrooms could use a bit if seasoning (pit of saltedbutter/tyme.
Overall was quite good.

Ordered a $17 bacon and eggs on toast for takeaway, they forgot the eggs. Ordered pancakes which they said comes with icecream and maple syrup. No ice-cream. Ordered a latte, watery and doesn’t taste like there is syrup OR milk in it. To sum up $65 spent and they got a single meal correct. AND their phone doesnt work so we cant even call. Not spending another 20 minutes in easter traffic to get eggs for my eggs on toast.

The staff at the front counter seemed to have attitude. I adherently knocked over the menus at the front counter and the attitude I got just because they had to pick them up. I ordered a flat white and pancakes which took half a hour to arrive. I had to go and see about my order and surprisely it took 1 minute for my order to arrive. I should not have to chase my order up
