The Cheesecake Shop Tuart Hill

Very disappointed with customer service, went to tuart hill store to buy half rainbow cake, called before i go there to make sure they have to,
got in shop and staff told me that they have only quarter left, i told him to cut new one in half but they lied that they dont have any more of rainbow cakes, i was given quarters cake for 25$, cake was even less than quarter, got home and called them again if they have rainbow and manager HAMISH said they have, i got very upset that they just lied to that they dont have it anymore because they wanted to sell old quarter, while making complaint on phone manager got very angry and hang up phone, went to shop again manager didnot have guts to come out and face me after his lies and conversation on phone, staff member then have me half cake and lied that manager just left, i wanted to see that stupid manager HAMISH, 2 minutes later called again in shop and same manager picked up phone which staff lied about not being in shop.they need to respect their customer or get out of the business.

Not happy at all. While placing the order I specifically mentioned that I don’t want it to be dry, hope it’s gonna be fresh. And the guy said no we make fresh. Just last month I bought the same cake from Malaga store and it was definately a perfect Black Forest. Very much disappointed with the quality of cake. Would never recommend anyone. Sorry!

Cake is not the problem, the service experience is, not once have I been able to leave hat store with a clean brand new cake box that hasn’t either got remnants of other cakes in it or the outside of the box is covered and gets food over your hands and car seats, the last time I demanded a new box to which they tried to refuse! If they weren’t the only close one I would go elsewhere!
