We found hair in everyone's food. Approached the bar staff, they spoke to kitchen and offered replacement food, declined.who would want to eat from an establishment that clearly can't uphold hygiene.
Bar staff handled it well and did what they could within their allowances.

Nice little place, spacious venue with indoor and outdoor seating areas, good food, good quantities, friendly staff, live music. Kids menu was however very limited with just 3 basic items which we eventually didn't go for. Went for the chilli mussels and barramundi laksa which was fantastic.

Meals are pricey. This place could go off if they stayed open longer on a Friday/Saturday night and had regular DJ/live music

Food was delicious and the waitresses were lovely we will definitely be back. The pork belly bites are packed full of flavour and cooked to perfection thank you for a wonderful dining experience.

They burnt my pizza so had to redo it, luckily I'm a big boi and can smash a pizza in 4 minutes before the poker tourney started. +1 to the Tandoori Lamb Pizza

I have been visiting The Chase for 2 years now on a regular basis. I have always found the staff to be incredibly friendly and the food to be consistently delicious

Big thanks to the manager and staff, after a minor issue with our food they really looked after us, we are locals and are quite often here so it was reassuring that they showed they genuinely cared about our issue and gave us some incentives to put a smile back on our faces. Well done guys, keep up the great service

Good atmosphere boys said it was the best Parmigiana they had ever had. Nice cold Matsos beer too

Waited 50 minutes for our meals to come out, people that arrived and ordered after us to be brought their meals first.meals where brought out with the bottom on the parmi burnt, ceasar salad chicken bland rubbery and tasteless. Wont be eating here again

Very poor handling of a altercation between two gentlemen last night by staff. As a result they kicked all of the patrons out instead of just the two gentlemen fighting.

Our group had just purchased a $50 round of drink, which we weren’t able to finish as they were taken off us with no offer of a refund. Bare in mind we had nothing to do with the two gentlemen and were sat seperate and the other end of the bar.

Nice modern pub only been twice, not a big fan of small children in the smoking area, hopefully things improve. Will come again

Bartender was lovely when the cocktails we wanted were not available and made us a couple of really nice drinks. First time visiting in many years and will be back

Went out for the first time since covid restrictions have eased and was very disappointed with our meal here, first off steak sandwich was served with chips that were very over cooked and oily more than likely refried more than twice, lamb shank was barely warm and sauce was full of sharp sticks from the herbs, wife actually cut her gum on the sticks, the flavour was also poor. Asked to swap an apple juice to water for a child's meal and was given tap water not even chilled, will not return anytime soon

Had lunch today was really disappointed ordered the chicken parmigiana it was tasteless salad was dry no dressing at all.
No love won’t be eating there again.

Nice meals, good quantity and quality and fast service with an outside area and beautiful interior area which is spacious and tasteful.

We went for an early lunch on Sunday with the kids. Good atmosphere, great food and drinks. We sat outside so the kids could play on the grass.

My husband and I had dinner here and they were more than helpful and accommodating for me as a coeliac. Great steak, mash and vegies.

Good pub meal, free pool on Wednesday and Thursday night's, good atmosphere and footy on the big screen. Food was ok and drinks a fair price.

Ordered 2 caesar salads without the anchovies. When they arrived to say that there was a strong taste of fish was an understatement. Asked the staff to check with chef and no one returned to tell us. Poor food and poor service.
