Had steak sandwich, beetroot relish tasted like vinegar. Which left everything elseto taste like vinegar. Plenty of beers on tap to choose from staff new their products

Absolutely beautiful dining. Inside or outside and the staff were fantastic. The food melted in my mouth

Attended the Melbourne cup dinner.
The band was so loud you could not hear
People talk. The tv had no sound so you
could not hear the race call.
The meal was good and the service ok.

Nice place to chill with a few beers, the outside area is great to sit and ponder on a spring sunny day

Food was very slow to come out.over an hour from order, kids missed getting their drinks until brought to staff attention, staff were friendly and helpful, guessing kitchen was understaffed. Nuts on some food which was not in the menu description.

Good venue with friendly staff. Meal prices were a little bit on the high side considering it was pub food

I ordered steak sandwich very chewy some of it couldn't eat. Only are barely half chips very dry. Very disappointed. Iv been to a lot of cafes and restaurants Never had complaints other places I have been. I will normally like everything. This was definitely one of the worst

Overall Good food the barra I had could of been cooked a little longer I didn't like the texture I think it's freezer barra which is disappointing. The beans that went with it were too crunchy for me. Nice place I miss the live music tho really adds to the atmosphere. Cocktails need to be improved please.

This was welcome relief from the rain and cold to walk into a warm and cosy pub.the food was great as was the service.we got to sit by the fire and ebja nice beer or two.

It's a great place. The music and atmosphere was first class. Friendly bar staff and rums pured to perfection.loved it.

Second visit after being convinced to try it again with a group. Was not really much better this time. All a bit Meh! Kids Parmys were really over cooked, my fish and chips was a bit miserable for what if cost and I felt it was a bit lack lustre. The place calls itself a Bistro but its usual pub faye with a few pizza offerings, a couple of burgers etc. I felt its a little over priced for what you get and personally I was disappointed by my little pieces of Snapper and frozen chips with a bit of salad for $26. I had expected a little better. Pub itself lacks atmosphere and puts me in mind of a budget hotel, a bit grey and featureless and no character and echoey intrusive music in the dining area.
On the plus side staff were pleasant and efficient.
Would I go back? Probably not, not bad, just not worth the trip to Baldivis.

Staff are great, nice spacious set up, look forward to drinks there in the summer, handy secure parking, great tab zone too.

Octopus comes out cold. Barramundi tasted like it had been frozen for 6 months. Porterhouse stake was all chew. Kids loved their meal. I don't normally post bad reviews but for $130, that was really bad.

Nice place for dinner but the service is terrible, The wait staff tonight need better training.

Always friendly service and the food is delicious, my favourite was the slow cooked beef but unfortunately that seems to have been taken off the menu.

Our local and we head there often. I think the menu could do with a tweak, but other than that a great spot to chill with a beer, and the staff are always super friendly.

It was nice, food fine, service friendly and prompt. It wasn't busy, was clean and tidy so good enough for a lunch. Limited but standard Aussie menus, nothing fancy.

Went to a function last week, the room was spacious and had a lovely seating arrangement. The food supplied by the Chase was delicious and had an array of options. Definelty will visit again! Only minor thing was I ordered a cocktail and it took 15-20 minutes to be served to me, however they were extremely apologetic and offered a free beverage of my choice while I waited. Amazing customer service!

Service was extremely slow, had to query the progress of our food multiple times before we received it. Wasn’t asked how the food was or if we wanted more drinks. Never came to clear our plates and when we finally managed to get a waiteress’ attention to ask for dessert the kitchen was closed. Food was overcooked- WONT be coming back

* the staff / waitresses were very polite and made the experience really enjoyable.
