Lovely steak sandwich but the fish and chips were burnt as will as the parmi burnt edges and the salad was big chunks of cabbage

Friendly team with great lunch specials. TAB attached to the pub and a separate restaurant. The make their own gin! Try the award winning steak sandwich.

Came with family for dinner and the food and service was top notch. We enjoyed the specials lamb shank and Carlisle platter, it was delicious and well presented. Highly recommend the food and daily specials, also the garden bar has a huge screen. Will definitely be coming here next time, it’s our favourite place for food.

Not happy everytime you have the Canadian Club & Dry 10 pack on Special, I come down & you are conviently out of stock, this is the 3rd time I have tried to buy it, not happy

Clean, tidy happy place, just had lunch, Carlisle Share Platter and Asian Squid top notch well worth it.

As I am not into steak or burgers, this menu had 1 choice i fancied at lunch. Dipping tasting plate. It was nice however the amount of bread was inadequate. And cheese seemed to be cut from a block of the foil wrapped stuff from a shelf. Nice setting nice staff gets an extra star

This pub far out does any of the pubs on the Vic Park strip, food is amazing, drinks are super cold, huge screen for watching the footy, and the staff are second to none! Can't say enough about this place since it's refurbishment!

Fantastic food relaxing atmosphere would recommend the Carlisle to all my friends. The sea food platter can not be faulted.

Such an open friendly place, beautiful outdoor areas, food is top notch, and they have espresso Martinis on tap!

I was very impressed honestly, I went into the back bar and they had a girl in skimpies and the place was nice. There was plenty of swearing from the clients, which was annoying but the tone and cleanseiness of the venue was great. The girl had tattoos, which I dislike but she served me promptly and was bright and effervescent. Such a change to the redcliff tavern.

So basically highly recommend, I wish it was closer to where I am staying, lols

Had lunch at the Carlisle today. Positives: Very comfortable on a hot day, served quickly, food arrived in a timely manner, steak was very good quality and the pork belly salad was delicious with plenty of pork, prices reasonable. Negatives: flies buzzing around the table, no ambient music which was noticeable, I wasn't asked how I wanted my steak cooked or which sauce. Gave 4 stars because the positives far outweighed the negatives. Very pleasant

Unforgettable "New Year's Eve" with Our Family here! Service by everyone was welcoming & the food was "DELICIOUS" & even more amazing not long after we were seated it was served immediately & hot to go! The Band "ORA" played and attracted a great crowd, with the countdown to 2021 being one of my best moments! Our Lil boy's back at the hotel rooms enjoying some game time & air con!

Like the food and the big screen out back - steak Sanga was delicious and salt and pepper calamari was well cooked with a delicious sauce

Great service and food! We came especially to try their award winning steak sandwich. It did not disappoint, was amazing, delicious and so filling, well worth the money. The staff are super friendly and welcoming and it's a great place to head too for a quick lunch, dinner or a few beers. Carlisle pub is a treasure!

Looks like it's been around since the age of the dinosaurs, the Carlisle provides diners with good ol fashioned food for just a little more than you would spend on cooking dinner at home. Highly recommend the chicken parmigiana which is massive, tastes great and is the cheapest you'll find in the whole of Perth. Check out the specials for each day! Good family dinning.

Christine and I had a great night here. Got to sing 3 songs each and we have been asked back. Thank you to the staff and we had a great meal.
