The Byford Tavern

It was a nice place for a family meal, but on the night I was there the table service was a bit lacking. But the meals we ordered managed to arrive in a timely manner. We sat outside in garden area. Which had live entertainment

Good food, good service and that's when there flat out, a generous menu and Coopers pale ale on tap so 2 s up! Outside there's mist prays for those warmer days, plenty of table and seating space so it's a yes from me and family friendly

Stars for amazing cocktail (i had the choc cherry one) and it was awesome! Sadly the tavern isnt like it was before. Friend had some plastic in her burger meat pattie. I had ordered only one apple cider but waitress said i was wrong and said i had ordered two (which i didnt). My food was ok but nothing to rave about. Mum and dad had the lemon tart dessert (cant remember what it was called) and thet said it tasted like butter. Staff are very friendly but our waitress wasnt confident at all. It seemed we knew more about the drinks than she did (she had to ask us questions about their drinks for other customers). I just wished they had the old owners where the byford tavern was the best place ever.

Been there 1 year ago and it was good value. Now, the meal was o.k. But small and the drinks expensive. Will go elsewhere in future.

We had a good dinner at the tavern, we enjoyed a good mix off the menu from steak to seafood, all were cooked well, tasty and large servings

Would not recommend!

I ordered a delivery meal over the weekend and did not receive the correct order. Phones were down apparently for at least 2 days so couldn't get through, fair enough. But they won't even reply to my email after the fact that I sent to inform them of their error. No refund, no apology, no acknowledgement at all. (I did attach proof to the email). If delivery is difficult, take yourself off Uber Eats I suggest.

Sadly, the food I did manage to receive was quite bad too! To be fair and honest, I was extremely disgruntled when forming this opinion after trying to get in contact for some time. Never the less I believe my opinion would have been the same even if I did receive what I ordered

I waited the week out hoping I would at least get an apology or acknowledment that a mistake was made before making any posts, and have had no replies or communication at all. Feels like a big 'f%@& off' too me honestly.

I write this as someone who supports local business as best I can generally, in an attempt to try and deter you from ordering from here and give your business to someone who actually cares about their customers.

Truly dissapointed.

Haven't been here for about six years. Very impressed. Fantastic hospitality from all staff. Spoke to many other patrons about quality and value of food and service. All were very happy and gave very good reviews. Great job new owner.

Food was okay took way to long for the meals to come out (over a hour) little bit over priced for what you get. Will be in no rush to go back.

I have not eaten at the Byford Tavern for some time however I wanted a change from fish and chips and ordered "Pork Ribs" for $24 it was great value and extremely tasty my new favourite takeaway.its easy to pick up through the drive thru and staff were courteous. I am not a fan of chillie and the sauce had a few but would rate it low heat. I enjoyed the salad (made to my request no dressing) and chips were plentiful. I would suggest if you like ribs give them a go.

This was our go to place for business, family and friends, for years, but we now won't be back!
It used to serve high quality food and also provided lunchtime cheaper specials.
We went in recently for our inaugral fish and chips, ordered this as grilled fish, which we have done for years, but now they tell us "we don't do that". So we went ahead and ordered the battered fish, unfortunately the frying oil needed changing, so much so we could still taste the oil an hr after leaving. Clearly the chef has changed and new management have come in.
You don't even have coasters or menus on the tables, certainly not the quality food we were used to. So disappointing!?
We won't be back!

Really enjoyable. Lovely staff. Great food. We went with a small group of 7 and had an awesome lunch. Nice atmosphere here. I will be back to eat here again.

Stopped in for dinner on the way back to Perth and was happy with the experience. Good menu, helpful staff and pleasant setting.

Dreadful place full of drunk bogans and underage drinkers. Oh and the food is pretty average too.

We were the ones from Manchester that won Chase The Ace we not main prize but a crate of beer all the same hey who looks a gift horse in the mouth.

Had Sunday night dinner there. Has a pub tab. Great meal and played a couple of novilty bets. Won half my money for dinner. Certainly go back there.

Best pub experience I’ve had in a long time. Food was delicious, came out really fast and a great price! All the staff were so fast and friendly. Will definitely be coming here again!

I hadn't been here for over 15yrs, and I was truly impressed, service was good, food was excellent, place looked really good.

Had the Parmmie chips n salad with a FREE middy.yummooo parmmie was great. The serving was huge I couldn't eat it all. Very happy and full.

Nice friendly staff. Great food, good prices. Well worth it. Love to come back. Just not sure about the dogs allowed inside while people are eating?
