BYFORD tavern has definitely upped its game. Our attendant was helpful and happy. The food was first class. The jalapeño poppers are amazing and my steak was so tasty and tender. No one at our table had any complaints. All round an amazing night out. Was so sad that there were so few people there however. A great night out. All round a 5experience.

My husband and I went for dinner at the byFord last night, the staff were lovely and our waiter Zac was fantastic and very attentive. The food was amazing, we will be back for sure and would definitely recommend.

Went there for Fathers day. Good food, good service.
Today 26th February 2022. Went there to celebrate a birthday. Very clean, good food and drink.

The attitude from the bar manager is always appalling.there is no atmosphere there and quite frankly one of the worst pubs in byford!
Avoid!

Went last night for a casual date night.we arrived at 6pm and service was quick.
Ordered the pork belly and hubby got beef and beer pie. Both really enjoyed it and meals were out quite quick. Had the sticky date pudding and that roo was super yum.atmosphere was chill out the beer garden next to restaurant. Will be returning again.

Outsanding service! Zac the waiter in the resturant area went over and above Apparently his first day on the job, keep up the great work team!

Always great staff quick service, food was great too. Only thing (& I like my music loud) it was a bit loud at lunchtime to talk but otherwise always happy with the service

Just enjoyed a delicious lunch with friends. The staff were amazing, they welcomed us and answered any questions about what was on the menu. The food was awesome. Fresh, hot and well presented. Loved my chicken Char Sui salad. The venue is classy and spacious. We will be coming again.

Excellent service excellent meals pleasant restaurant enjoyed the visit will definitely call again.

I ordered it the first time few months back at the bar. I couldn't fault them. I then ordered it th second time through Uber hoping I could fault them.and cry like a baby on here. But I still can't.

The Byford Tavern is also full of great staff. Customer service is A1. If they are not A1. Il be on here with 1 star having a cry

Keep on Keeping On'ing 'The Byford Tav'

I found the portions very small for a meal at lunch time, while the staff.were.polite and the food was tasty, I couldn't say it was a man sized meal at all, more akin to a yuppy upper class portion. For my money I'll look elsewhere. Oct 2021 - things can change though. This isnt about giving anyone a bad name, just my honest opinion at this time.

We were served by Stevie and he was so friendly and knowledgeable! All the staff were so welcoming! The service was quick, the food was absolutely amazing (highly recommend the steak sandwich!) food and drinks were well priced and the premises were clean and had a great atmosphere! Will be the new local for sure! Thank you!:)

Nice pub, had the 1kg tomahawk steak bloody beautiful. 3 or 4 different areas to suit everyone

Byford Tavern has improved a lot since last time we went. Nice atmosphere, staff were really pleasant and a great meal.

First time at this place as it will soon be our new local tavern, tried the bbq pork ribs it tasted great but unfortunately very little meat on it and i cant justify a $36 price tag.

Have come to expect great service and top quality food since it has transitioned into new ownership. Boasts an impressive array of beers on tap with a neat Bistro, beer garden and alfresco dining, complete with a Pub Tab, making it a terrific venue for all.

Very bad experience Mother’s Day dinner was at 6 pm disaster we all ordered by 6.15 one hour went past finally chef walks out just to tell me there was no oysters by this stage kids were starving there meals also didn’t come out our guess had to leave because of work finally after over two hours food did arrive every one around was also not happy very very poor lack of stuff won’t go back

Went for a meal yesterday. The "Special" steak was $36.00. The steak was so small but cooked just the way I like it. The staff were lovely. Very expensive for what you get. I also ordered garlic bread but apparently the guy didn't put it through. Sadly because it was so over priced for what we got in comparison to other pub meals we won't be going back

I doubt ill be back.
The meal was great, but $30 for 6 prawns and 6 pieces of ravioli was just a rip off.
I went to maccas on the way home as I was still hungry.
