Stocks amazing locally made/sourced products and materials, environmentally friendly items and even repurposes old mattresses and sends them to disadvantages communities. Very reasonably priced products too.
You definitely wouldn't be wasting your time by going to visit the store, and I would bet you wouldn't leave empty handed or dissatisfied!

Brought a sleeping duck matress recently and hated it since I brought it. Came into bed back and got quality customer service.

If I could rate them 6 stars out of 5 I would. The shop prides themselves on their superb customer service, which is second to none. If you’re someone that understands the importance of a good night sleep, look no further than The Back and Neck Bed Shop.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Parking could be an issue in front of the shop but there is plenty available on the side of the shops. I went there to buy a pillow for myself and am quite pleased with what I got. This place is expensive but I guess that's what you have to pay to get quality products.

Finally, I found non-toxic bedding in Perth! I was on the hunt for a mattress topper and found the most heavenly comfortable latex one here, Tony & Rob could not have been more helpful and insightful. Fantastic range, honest prices, and my bed dilemma sorted. Highly recommend!

For the first time in 20 years I sleep through the night and my neck and back pain has completely disappeared! The bed we purchased was the best decision, the service and follow up to make sure after 4 weeks we were still happy with the bed was amazing - I highly recommend The Back & Neck

Would have rated higher but one staff member was a bit condescending. I know I am getting on a bit but i'm not in my dotage yet.

We loved our king sized mattress so much that bought another smaller mattress to go in our caravan!

We have purchased a bed head from these guys before which is still looking like new so we were keen to buy the next bed from The Back and Neck Bed Shop as well. We are very happy with our new King sized bed head and base. Communication was fantastic on the day of delivery so we knew exactly when the delivery would arrive. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend the team, in fact we already have to friends.

Service above and beyond. We needed an adjustable bed for medical reasons. The team instore were helpful and thoughtful and found a bed that met our needs and our budget which was wonderful.

In addition, the delivery and set up of the bed was second to none. The man who delivered it was respectful, friendly and clearly passionate about his job. There was a small issue with one of the beds and on even though it was a Friday afternoon he made sure that we had a fully functioning bed to sleep in that night. It was such a relief. Very grateful.

Oh, and the bed is great too!

After looking for some months at just about every bed store in Perth, the moment we walked into the store we were greeted with friendly and personalised service. We had recently purchased a bed elsewhere that we thought would be wonderful but turned out to be a disaster. After Kane listened carefully to exactly what we did and did not want in a bed he was able to come up with a mattress, base and pillows that suited our needs exactly. Now every time we hop into bed we cannot believe how utterly comfortable it is. Not only that, we wake up feeling fabulous with no aches like we once did. Thanks so much Kane!

I only have a first impression to go by right now, but so far, the customer service was excellent and the bed itself which was a Getha 100 Series Latex Mattress felt really good to lay on, soft without being too soft, and quite supportive all over. Once again this is just a first impression, but I felt it deserved a review considering how good the service and product felt. I will update this again in future should the impression I've been left with change

I bought a Mlily mattress from Tony at Back & Neck to replace our ageing 'normal' mattress. Took us a few sleeps to get used to a new style of mattress but will never go back again. The guys are super helpful as well. Would not hesitate in recommending the product and service. Thanks team.

Hey walked into this shop to check out some decent matresses. I was the current owner of a really expensive matress with a bedtopper which just gave me and the missus stiffness every day. Well a bit a q&a and these guys offered a really god solution. 2 weeks into the new bed. Fantastic sleeps and no stiffness. Thanks

After over 2 years of chronic back pain, numerous visits to the physio, GP and regular but largely ineffective analgesia I had resigned myself to my fate. After my purchase of an Airpico Latex Mattress and an electric bed I have regained my life. I can't believe the difference it has made. I am 80% pain free and sleeping really well.
