The Athlete's Foot

Shame about the lack of customer service. Great for the person your serving to sit at their feet and watch them try on 6 pairs of shoes, must of felt like a princess. But I can assure you being ignored in a shop where I planned to spend money while you tie a grown adults shoes for them is a laugh. Happened too many times now.

I just wanted to Thank Kim for trying so hard to help me find the perfect shoe size. Kim was very patient, friendly and professional. I would highly recommend her services to anyone looks for the perfect pair of shoes.

They didn't have what we wanted but Kim gave fantastic advice about the best shoes for us and recommended another running shop she thought would have stock. I would have loved to have bought something from her.

I received excellent service from Kim who spent quite some time helping me to find the right pair of sneakers. She was friendly, courteous and professionally knowledgeable. Thank you Kim for your assistance and patience, much appreciated.

Big shout out to Athletes foot Morley, kim was very helpful with exchanging a previous purchase made in Midland that didnt benefit me, and found me a pair of shoes that works for my every day needs

EDIT: Regarding the reply below, I had already contacted customer support several times who provided no assistance.
Great initial customer service from the manager who fitted me with a very comfortable shoe worth $230.6 weeks later they start falling apart. When I went to return them I was only offered an exchange. Of course, the shoe they recommended was an extra $30 and the same style which I've now learned can happen over time. Given this was my second bad experience I wanted nothing to do with the Athlete's Foot chain. Now I'm stuck with a gift card for $230 for a store I don't trust. Huge waste of time, money, and mental stress for a low income earner with chronic foot issues.

The ladies are so knowledgeable and very friendly. They were very patient with Master 8 and understood that parents are after durability and fit and the children are after colours. Great ability to keep both parent and child happy. They also donate money back to your school!

Vanessa, the consultant that help me in Morley is really helpful. She's not just give me the shoes that I want to buy, but give me other options with similar benefits. Feels so nice to know that you choose the perfect for you out of all the rights shoes

The whole experience was excellent. My mum got the shoes that she loves and I didn't have to pay a fortune for them. The staff were wonderful and I will be coming back in the future.

Good shoes, helpful staff to find right shoe, although expensive usually good shoes are expensive though. I do like my shoes, very good fit and comfortable.

As a sufferer of lower back and knee pain, I was pushed to have my shoes investigated.
Kade (sp?) was incredibly helpful. His direct, open and friendly manner had me quickly sorted out.
As this is my first experience purchasing higher quality shoes, time will tell if it was worth the cost.
10/10 for service, withholding the 5th star until I'm certain about my specific purchase.
