Needed new durable and supportive shoes for training after my ankle injury last year. The staff member (Geoff) looking after me did a great job, was very helpful and allowed me to make an excellent choice. Thanks for the great service!

They were all lame shoes you can buy anywhere. What a waste.

I stopped by to see whether they had a pair of shoes I've had my eye on. One of the staff, Anthony, approached me and asked what I was looking for. He let me know that he didn't have the exact sizing I was after, but still offered to some wider variants to try, before also kindly helping me with any other TAF locations with stock. Appreciate the help mate.

Great customer service, was super patient with me on my first fitting when I settled on some a new pair of Hokas. I then had to return them after 2 runs due to them causing some blisters. Got me upgraded to some Saucony runners and even managed to get a $30 store credit which I had earned from the original purchase applied to the return. Fantastic service, highly recommend.

Went in for an upgrade on my worn out shoes, was chasing a black shoe and something that suits my foot. Was given 3 options which all suited what I was after. They also gave me the option of changing the brand or sticking with what I had already, Friendly stuff and great service

The worst customer service I ever had. They are least bothered about what customers want. They do not like questions and treat us “stupid” to our questions. We would never recommend Morley store.

I have terrible feet but play a lot of sport. I had no idea what type of shoes I would need and I am so happy with the ones that I purchased! Clare at Athlete's Foot Morley gave such amazing service, she explained each type of shoe so well, was super patient and let me try on heaps of different pair of sneakers multiple times until I found the right ones. She was so friendly and very good at her job. I was hoping to purchase my shoes at the Morley store since Clare had spent so much time with me but had to buy my shoes online as my size wasn't in store! My shoes also came super fast through the online store!

The poor girl who served my partner and i selling us both a pair of black leather hoka shoes was so very patient and understanding. Determined to make sure i had the arch support i needed though i was more worried about cushioning for my heels. Thank you for your time and patience.

My wife (not an athlete) went in for a pair of general, all-purpose sneakers for walking around and riding a bike. The three pairs recommended by the sales assistant were the three most expensive, top of line running shoes, ranging from $240-270. Quite obviously not what she needed and just a blatant attempt to sell an unsuspecting customer their most expensive shoes. So their specialist advise isn't about finding the right shoe for you. It's just about upselling you the most expensive thing they can get away with.
