The worst ever customer service. I ordered food and didn't mention take away. I was sitting with my dad while waiting for the food. The lady very RUDE said I couldn't have my dinner inside because she prepared for take away and asked me to pay 10% if I wanted to dine inside. She didn't apologies and insisted I said take away. There are much better places around.

Highly disappointed. We ordered three items which came to $53.65 on Ubereats. The price would be completely fine if the food was at least enjoyable, but the value nowhere near fits the price.
1. Pad Thai which had near to no flavor
2. Mixed vegetables & oyster sauce stir fry that came in a container which was half full
3. Fresh spring rolls; I have attached the photo, if disappointment could be wrapped this would be it. Add photos to your Ubereats menu so people can see what they are ordering.

I love Thai food, food in general and I cannot explain my disappointment, we will not be ordering from this location again and I would encourage others to do the same. If you look at my review history this is my first 1 star review, so you can see that I do not normally go out of my way to leave a bad review.

Omy good delicious fresh Cooke food, then I found a black hair! Took to show the ladies on till and was told not hair but dirt sorry about that! Well it was hair. Even saying dirt is bad. DO NOT EAT HERE

I eat at Thai TIme a couple of times a week. I like to eat at places where you can see them cooking your food. The food is always fresh and really yummy, you could eat well here everyday and have something different.

Great food and prices, staff are very helpful and friendly. They even let you order off the lunch menu at dinner time. Great restaurant

Great food here and prices.you can order the lunch menu.it’s so fresh always enjoy the flavors. I’m a regular here and upstairs in the food court for dine in or take away. I’ve also eaten downstairs at the restaurant which is just as good.lots to choice from the menu and they cater for special requests.you will like the service as well

I used to come here all the time and food was great and good portions. But today is the Second time I had take away and my container was half full. Hardly any noodles and I ordered a noodle dish! Very disappointed. Won't come here again.

Yeah a fail from me, rude staff, Pad Thai tastes like tomato sauce and worcestershire, two thumbs down.

Amazing food, Price is pretty fair. Only downside is how busy they are around lunchtimes, can wait ~30minutes for food when they are really busy, apart from that definitely a must try.

Best food shop in Joondalup mall, always order from here and never been dissapointed. Always tasty and quick to get the food out for you. Will always return.

Amazing food. Never been disappointed. Love their Beef Green Curry and the Laksa. Fresh food and friendly staff. Lots of fresh vegetables in the meals. Service is good, food is cooked fresh, and you don't have to wait too long.

Awesome pad thai and thai green curry rice (been here twice so far)! Service was quick even with a long queue and wait time for the food was not long at all

Quick and nice meals. Well it was nice to start with but have dropped the standards the last couple of visit. Cold and hard potato is never appetising. Shame the flavours are great, just need to double check and deliver a better final product.

I'm not a fan of Thai food but for those of you who are and want good quality of the stuff I recommend this place.

Do not belong in a food court. Restaurant times required for simple noodles. If you have 30 minutes to throw away, go for it. Otherwise, try the other multitude of options!

Ordered the Pad Thai, it tasted horrible, obviously used too much fish sauce! Tried to take it back and ask for a different meal that didn’t taste fishy but they really couldn’t of cared less and told me it was my fault! $15 down the drain! Rude service! I won’t be back.

Food court restaurant was fairly ok, but never going back to the restaurant. Ordered and sat in a empty restaurant and 1hr and a bit later still waiting after countless other tables have been served first. Servers never checked in and couldn’t even flag a server down. Will not be returning.

I do not know where these negative reviews have come from, my partner and I have regularly ordered from here for over 2 years now and have loved it. The food is delicious and fresh, always a large plate full and never had to wait more than 5-10 minutes. Definitely try the Pad See Awe it will become your favourite!
