Absolutley the best customer service, I refuse to go anywhere else.their food is amazing and I just love how friendly the Staff are. I would give a higher rating if I could.cannot recommend them enough

We have waited 27yrs for a descent Fish n Chip shop and now we finally have one, the serves are exceptionally generous and everything is fresh thank you Swannies.

Lady boss had an awesome personality! We had a seafood basket which was more than enough for 3 and still had tons of fries left over. The scallops, prawns, fish were juicy.

I'm 50 so I’ve had a lot of fish and chips over those years. The other night I had the jewfish in smaller chunks rather that 1 big piece and some chips. It was the best fish and chips I have ever had. Absolutely brilliant.

Great option if you're staying in the Swan Valley. They even handled the hectic Good Friday rush quite well. Worth noting that the phone was off the hook, so I went and ordered in store. Quality of food was great.

The quality of food is always hot and fresh and cooked to purrfection, and as for the friendly and welcoming service, absolutely. And this is the reason why when we travel all the way from our home in Kalgoorlie on a trip this is the first port of call. Beautiful food, Beautiful People. THANK YOU

What a horror show! Snotty nosed kids running in and around the kitchen to start. Then forgetting the so called ‘shark’ I ordered then getting home covered in flour from the bench and stale hard chips. The shark isn’t shark and my ‘grilled’ snapper was just a dried up piece of tiny fish with the batter picked off it. Absolutely rank! Will never go back again. One star cause the cat ate some of it but that’s it!

Loved it. Hake was great. Squid was great. Chips were great and the service was really personal and friendly. They even kept there doors open for us after they closed because my girls wanted to dine in. I will recommend them to everyone.

Best fish and chip shop in Perth! Had the Hake fish, battered mussels, kumura scallops, potato scallops and chips. All of it was crunchy and cooked perfectly. Their house-made tartare sause is a must! Best thing about Swannies though is the welcome Bernie and Alex give you. Makes the food taste so much better. Will definitely be our local from now on!

We're pretty fussy about fish and chips. I'm really happy to say that the fish and chips dinner we had from Swannies last night was absolutely delicious! The texture was perfect, the portions generous and the service was superb. Friendly atmosphere with the owners interacting with the customers while they were waiting. Everyone smiling. Just a really good experience all round. Highly recommended!
