Found Swannies and have never looked back! You always get more than you order and the fish is well cooked. I recommend.

Still the best fish and chips in Australia.
Dinner for one is enough for two! Insane value for the quality. Comes with a can of Coke, crab stick, fish bites and soo many beautifully cooked chips

Call via phone order, I was told to get there in 5-10 mins to wait half an hour for my food just to watch all the people’s food before mine get swarmed with flies and the cook doing nothing about it, young fella at the counter good on you but learn some manners will not be coming back was speaking to people sitting down in the line they won’t be either

Ate their a few days ago everything was perfect even though it was a bit busy our food (especially the chips) were cooked perfect.the kiwi dogs were hot all the way through and the fish bites were fresh as

I hate to say it but quality has suffered since the owners moved to their new location and left this one in the hands of others.

Chips are undercooked and bland.

Very dissapointed as have been a long time customer, will be finding anothet chippy local

Wicked find, lovely fish and chips, and a very friendly and lovely owner and very polite staff, I will be back.

The chips were superb and perfectly crispy, we added on a kiwidog and yes, you want one. The scallops come in sweet or regular potato and the owners are so funny and genuine you want to eat in even when you show in pjs. Amazing. This is now our go-to forever!

Almost gave up on fish and chips around Midland, until I found you. My children and I were so happy with dinner and that tartare sauce is out of this world absolutely scrumptious food. This will be my go to fish and chips from now on. Thankyou so much

Best fish and chip shop. Also had the pineapple pie. Absolutely beautiful. Was not sweet like some desserts. Lots of pineapple and fresh cream on top.

I've just moved into the Midland area and was looking for a new regular fish and chip Shop. Swannies is one of the best in Perth in my humble opinion. The owners are really friendly and make you feel welcome.

The chips are crispy in the outside and as soft as mash on the inside. Generous portions as well, a $6 medium serve was an absolute mountain.

The scallops were reasonably priced and delicious. Each bite was bursting with the delicious savoury briney juice that good sea scallops ought to have.

I had the red Emperor fish. Beautiful white flesh cooked to flakey perfection.

The batter on the fish and scallops was nice and crisp to bite and had a lovely amber colour to it.

This will definitely be my new go to for fish and chips.

My rating genuinely was on the cusp of a 4-Star, but a part of my order was missing. Reasonably priced, friendly service, can't fault the chips (they were really quite good, perfectly crisp), but the fish was definitely too oily, as was the squid. Oddly enough, they did a really good crabstick. I think I would give this place a second shot

New to the area and thought to give Swannies a go, saw a Kiwi chick is the owner and automatically knew I was gonna get a mean Feed! And I was right, spot on dinner and cooked to perfection. Great banter and awesome service. Definetly will return! Churr girl for the mean feed
