Highly recommend this vet surgery. Ziggy is fab. Quick appointment for our 10mth male rottweiler both eyes operated for cherry eye. When our usual surgery recommended to leave it. This was not our regular vet but another at the surgery. Was not happy contacted the breeder who recommended Ziggy she was fantastic. Thank you

Overall during the years I have been very satisfied with this Veterinary Clinic however I had an extremely traumatic experience during the final months of when my beloved 18yo cat was ill and deteriorating. This concern was in relation to One Vet in particular who on Numerous occasions when she was either upping or lowering doses of medication Failed EveryTime to Update the Information on the Computer! - thus every time I went to pick up my cat's medications the dosage was Wrong! Not Ideal for a cat in final stages! Also this Definitely would not look good or Professional for a different Vet who happened to be on Roster - giving out Wrong dosages, incorrect Labels on bottles! - and this Did occur on many occasions. Wrong dosages on Labels. I have kept proof of this. I reiterate that this was in relation to One Veteranarian only and I had no issues with any other Vet. During the abovementioned time frame I had a very upsetting incident with a (Casual?) girl (Not Jamie) on the front desk who would not listen to me when I asked her to please mention to the Vet on Roster to please check that my cat's dosage is as should be and Not on the computer. She Dismissed my request and cut me off, but not before telling me to "Listen! They know what they are doing. Stop wasting my time! " I Highly Commend Jamie on the Front Desk as she was and has Always been 100% Helpful and Extremely Professional.

I have been a client at Swanbourne for 20 plus years. Even though I now live in Fremantle I will continue to visit Swanbourne as they are amazing vets!

Went to see an veterinary ophthalmic surgeon. Great value for money good service, skilled vet. Bit out of the way from where I live but worth it when they do a good job.

Super helpful and gave a discount on a big bag of dog food as there was a hole in the packaging.

Recently our dog Scarlett 1.8Kgs underwent cataract surgery. Zigrida kept us informed every step of the way. We were thrilled with the end result. I cannot speak highly enough about Zigrida. She has so much knowledge and experience in her field, We thank her for giving our little dog the gift of sight.

Had a consult with Dr Ziggy re: my darling Bella, cataracts in both eyes. The Dr took so much extra time during our consult to explain in detail what would be required. I have confidence that if anyone can fix her eyes, Dr Ziggy will. Surgery booked for early July.if we can get Bella's diabetes stabiised

The vets and all the staff have helped me through a difficult time when the health of one of my cats declined over a short period of time. They helped him to cross the rainbow bridge in a loving, caring way and also cared for us in a very supportive way. Thank you.

We wanted to share our experience with Dr Ziggy for our little London. Many vets we find to be a little timid of our baby as she is a American staff with loads on energy. However Dr Ziggy cared so much for London and we couldn’t be more impressed with her knowledge and surgery with our girl. Thank you so much Dr Ziggy! London’s eye is fixed and entropian free!

Reception very helpful and friendly. Specialist not so much! I called about getting a quote for an eye operation for my puppy, for a condition diagnosed by a specialist. I was Scoffed at and made to feel belittled and like I was making things up. She was VERY Rude to me and dismissed me saying to get the other specialist to do the operation.
VERY DISSATISFIED with how i was spoken to and treated, would NOT recommend!

Dr Ziggy was amazing. She fixed up our bam's eyelid in one visit. He is healing well and back to his old self. I would definitely recommend her services to anyone.

We did our puppy training at Swanbourne Vet which was fabulous and have recently started taking our pup here after a recommendation. Beth is absolutely lovely, understanding and very welcoming. I never thought I would say this.but I can't wait to go back to the vet!:)
