Staff are nice, I think it's an all Women operation.
Like all Vet's the cost continues to rise for a visit.
Annoyingly each visit we get the same instructions from any of the vets, the dogs weight and their teeth, this is a stock line regardless.

The receptionist needs an attitude adjustment. Horrible and mean spirited and if this is the sort of person who is the face of the vet then they should be ashamed. Pull your head in before you start insulting peoples pets.

We have seen Dr. Ziggy for eye issues with 2 different dogs and are very impressed with her thorough and effective treatment. She explains things really simply and her services are very affordable. The staff here are also very lovely and very helpful.

We attended today for the first time and were so pleased with all aspects. Reception staff very polite, friendly and welcoming. We saw Dr Ziggy and she was amazing. Explained in detail everything we needed to know about cataract surgery. She made our nervous boy feel at ease. 10/10. Certainly recommend this place

You literally see dogs wagging their tails waiting for appointments. I think that says it all.

Friendly staff and excellent service. Removed a large tumour from our cat's eyelid and managed to save the eye. We cannot recommend Dr Ziggy Chester highly enough. Well priced fast service and a genuine care for her patients.

New Irish vet was helpful and introduced himself by name. Dog tail wag jump over everyone ecstatic with her wash, wanted to do it again. She smelt brilliant for at least 24 hours.

Amazing! I was in a bad situation with my cat. Badly beaten up by another cat with bleeding in the eye. The team had the equipment, professionalism and care to help! Very happy!

Please consider Swanbourne if you are looking for a trustworthy, caring and skilled vet. I can’t speak highly enough of the whole team after bringing my pets here for 3 years, and through some scary medical experiences. We don’t have a favourite vet in the practice as they are all outstanding and collaborative, along with the amazing front desk team.

We moved vet care to Swanbourne vet about 2 years ago for both of our dogs. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They are the most compassionate and also realistic vets that I’ve ever dealt with. One of our dogs just sadly passed away and the sent us a beautiful card. Cannot thank them enough for all that they’ve done for us.

I should have done this review about 2 months ago. I brought my dog Orion to Dr Ziggy (eye specialist) with detached retinas. Unfortunately found out something more terrible was going on with him and eventually had to put him to sleep.

Dr Ziggy was fantastic i liked that she straight talked me in regards to Orion and was to the point but also very good with him in her nature. I would recommend anyone to Dr Ziggy! Thank you for your time!

I couldn’t recommend Dr Ziggy more! She was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process of cataract surgery for my five year old dog. She was honest & open the entire time and extremely knowledgeable and very thorough with the post op medications and check ups. Thank you Dr Ziggy!

Vet was great, but extremely expensive for the consult - $314.00 for looking in dogs ears, looking under a microscope and medication

After a traumatic experience at a VetWest that misdiagnosed, mistreated, and did not refer above to a specialist until WELL and truly past when they should have I asked with the boxer breed community and found Ziggy. What a true blessing she really is. She is truly gifted in what she does and within 4 weeks my dog went from a full covered eye ulcer to a eye with hardly any clouding. Price was never a concern but she was beyond reasonable (if not short changing herself). So lucky to have found her, will not go anywhere else.
