I always flatbed tow with these guys. Very careful with my vintage car - and nice blokes too.:)

BEWARE, they damage your property and then refuse to pay for repairs.
Came to our place to pick up a car. Couldn't follow basic instruction to push button to open garage door and decided to open door manually, managed to pull door off track, bend track and dent door.
Then told us that they would not accept any liability and hung up on the call. Cost $250.00 to repair.
Does not return messages. Have given them an opportunity to pay but nothing. Very poor way to run a business.

Thanks guys. Awesome service got our fully loaded truck and driver back home safely and efficiently on a wet miserable Friday evening. Good job. Good attidude. Good price

This is just a thank you from us for the quick pickup/delivery of our office to our premises at yesterday.

Yourself, the girl on the phone and the driver should be congratulated for your professionalism and quick delivery with no fuss.

The driver was excellent and showed he knew what he was doing by maneuvering the office into a tight space with precision placing it exactly where we wanted it.

He was courteous and we find it a rare commodity in this day and age.

Got our ute out of deep creek gorge - Arrived quickly, were very skilled, with amazing patience pulled the ute out of this difficult, space restricted spot. You saved our day, thank you guys! My car broke down in morley on a stinking hot day. Swan towing had a truck there very quickly. The office staff very easy to deal with, and tow driver was quick and efficient.

This has to be the worse tow company ever! Firstly the staff are not straight forward so its fair to say the company is not straight forward as well. I called because I was in need of a tow truck to pick my car which had broken down. The Operations Manager said the trucks were all busy but one would get to me in about 45 min if i was willing to wait. I said OK its no problem although I am stuck right by the road so as not to slow traffic I would open my option to any quick option i get if I find one. She then asked for my credit card details while booking and I specifically asked why that was for and she said "Don't Worry we would not charge you if you do not use the service". Minutes later the cops came and asked that the car be moved so I got a quick fix. Only to later notice my account was still debited even when I did not make use of their service again. I called and I was told because the truck came and was ringing me but they didn't get through even when I explained I had a flat battery. Not even a proper way of reaching out to a customer. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I wish there was a Zero rating.
