Had a minor accident that needed a tow. After spending ages dealing with insurance and lease people and getting the runaround, your tow truck driver was the first person to show genuine concern at a really stressful time. The tow truck business gets a bad rap, but I was blown away by how good Swan towing's service was.

I had mu car stuck down in Dwellingup on a Sunday afternoon and this company took no second thoughts at sending a tow trick down to pick myself, and the car up to bring back to Perth. Much gratitude here, thanks.

The service I received from the man who answered my call and from Gino, the man who towed my car was absolutely outstanding. I had just been in a crash and they both made a point of checking I was OK. The service was quick and efficient, which was extra helpful as I had no idea what I was doing! Stressful day trying to recover a stolen car. Man arrived quickly to site and skilfully got it onto his flatbed. Nice chat as we drove it to a safe location. Kristin the bookkeeper who works here was extremely rude to me during a very stressful time. I found her abrasive and rude, when surely at a time when you need to use this service, people should be kind. Avoid at all costs.

Prompt and safe service that was straightforward and to the point about their service. The bloke that came had our 5 ton tipper up and out in a short amount of time and delivered it just as quickly to our mechanic. Will recommend and call again!

Swan towing recovered my van yesterday. They were prompt, polite and did a good job all round at a decent price.

Yesterday my car broke down, I've only had the car for 5 days I contacted swan towing on a Saturday and had a tow truck out in 15mins, amaizing service the driver was very careful with my new pride and joy and was very professional as it lowered he took a great amount of care getting it loaded and was nice enough to put the car all the way into my garage.
I I'm very impressed with the service and care of both the driver and admin at swan towing.

One of the truck drivers with the number SW15715, at 6.40pm Aug 11th was driving on the ROE HWY incredibly recklessly, and aggressively; intimidating other drivers (flashing high beams, hooting, speeding and driving at an unsafe distance behind cars in an attempt to rally his way through.
Pretty disgusting in my opinion if this is any reflection of the kind of drivers and safety standards from Swan Towing.
Pick up your game.
Safety is everyone's priority.

Fantastic and professional. Friendly phone staff who work fast and go the extra mile when asked nicely to do so. I have used this company on several occasions to collect my Auction Items from Graysonline yards across Perth, some large, some small and nothing was ever too hard.

The staff on the phone are very nice and get to the point quickly but politely, they followup by email when needed and also provided me a courtesy call when the items were on the way at my request.

The staff who collect and drop off the items also maintain the same level of professionalism, they are very efficient, very safety aware, ensure customer satisfaction, take high degree of care with customer property and really cant be faulted in my several experiences with them.
Quotes were precise on each job and were very reasonable, enough to keep me coming back on that note alone.

I hope this organisation never changes, I will continue to use them and I can honestly recommend them for coming to your rescue OR for just needing help moving something heavy that you cant move yourself.
