Supercheap Auto reviews
42Im sure everything is here but dont expect the 1.5 staff working to help you find it. Definitely for regulars and boffins, occasional visitors will get frustrated
Everything I've ever needed in a hurry for weekend warrior machanical jobs good customer service as well. Thanks guys
Great service today. I wasn't sure how to explain what I needed but the guy at the front counter knew exactly what I wanted and where to find it. Top Job Man!
To be told today 29/4/20 at 2 minutes to 5 in a rude manner by a young girl with brown hair in a ponytail who didn't want to give her name "WE ARE CLOSED" but door was still open and several customers were inside.
I only needed one item and left before other customers were even served at 5: 01PM. I said you are doing a great job putting off your customers this way and hold on for the answer: I DON'T CARE! Even when i said i would call the manager.
Retail being hard as it is you don't need to bring that sort of attitude to work if you are unhappy about your work don't lay it on the customer but resign.keep it up girl surprised you still in the job but i won't be back i will go next door to Autobarn who are very pleasant even when i walk in at 5PM.
Young staff, no experience about spare parts, no idea about what is the part that I need.
No smile, no polite, this is not their job probably!
1 person working and 2 people of the staff talking and laughing in the office!
Are these the australian hard worker?
These are the most lazy worker! Shame!
Supercheap Auto have a great range of automotive service products & accessories to suit all makes of vehicles plus some other products for camping & traveling.
I love this store, as a business owner, I love the specials they have on especially oils, and also the used oil dispensing felicity, its just awesome.
Well done guys!
A guy working around 12ish was very helpful and very kind he had black spikey hair and his name started with a P, I don't remember his name, but he had a bad customer and handled it very well, he was very helpful
Dived in for a set of wiper blades, the staff were great and fitted them for us. Keep it up Supercheap.
I went to the shop on Thursday at 5pm, when it's open till 8pm. None of the 4 ladies working there were available to fit a battery in my car. They kept telling me that they needed to have their breaks before their duty ends and that it was too late. Personally, I found their customer service really bad. I've had much better experiences at other locations of Supercheap Auto.
Mate these guys have car parts and will price match others places that have car parts it's a wild world
Great collection of engine oils. Prices are fabulous when they are on specials. However, dont buy their spray paints.they wont last long.
Couldn't be happier with how great the staff here are.helped me so much with a problem I had with a part.the manager was excellent.
A painful ordering process made me really regret not just going next door instead. I was told the item would be in the next day after ordering but it took a week to arrive in store (from Wangara.). I called almost everyday enquiring to have little help from staff who kept insisting they would call me when it came in. Called today, turns out it finally came but didn't bother to call and inform me. If it wasn't for the deposit they make you pay I would have gone somewhere else and got it a lot faster.
You know when the simplest of things can waste your time.went in for a straightforward 5A fuse (micro) but didn't have any, so bought the "SCA Assorted" pack for $5.49 went back home (3 km) only to find that there was no 5A in the so-called assorted pack. Went back (another 3 km) and staff were equally mystified as to why there were rare 7.5A in the assorted pack but no common as muck 5A. Got a refund on what surely must be an SCA ploy to sell useless fuse packs? Fortunately Autobarn next door, had assorted packs with 5A in them, so wish I'd gone there in the first place.drove back home (3km) making it 9km and over an hr just for a fuse!
Supercheap has a good range but their prices are not always the best. Staff reasonably knowledgeable and friendly. Shop around if price is important.
Stores tidy need well staffed and has a look wide selection of stock can easily overspend also they're open all weekend both days anyway I would recommend them
Fitted wipers in the rain but unable to fit the other stuff we brought. Lazy effort in only doing the easy job.
The store itself is pretty good but I didn't have the best experience there one time with an employee. I asked a simple question about a product I was told I could find at their store but when I asked I got a dry and rude response. Only a few minutes later my boyfriend asked the same question and he suddenly seemed so much more friendly when dealing with a man. If it weren't for a very nice young man I dealt with the last time I was there this rating would've been 1 or 2 stars.
I might have been unlucky but my experience there today was quite poor. Went to parts counter, the parts lady was with a customer for 20 minutes. After 15 minutes she noticed I was waiting and offered to get another staff member to serve me. She called on the loudspeaker but nobody came. Five minutes later she was finally finished and served me. The part I wanted was not available. I asked her to check other stores but apparently it was unavailable at every other Supercheat auto store too. I was told it could be ordered in but would take several days and I’d need to pay a deposit at the front counter. So I went to the front counter. There were 2 staff members who were both serving customers. I was first in line but both guys spent more than 10 minutes chatting with their customers about prices and looking up info for them online. I watched 2 people waiting behind me give up, put their products down and leave. I decided to join them. I have no idea how much longer they spent chatting with their customers but as I’d already spent 30 minutes in the store I’d had enough. I drove across the road to a competitor and got the brake pads & oil I wanted in less than 3 minutes. Pads were in stock and service was fast.
