Supercheap Auto

They knew my exact car model, still when I drove there to have the new battery I ordered fitted, they claimed they can not fit it because of liabilities.
Because I was turning the engine off before they wanted to put it in, I needed a jump start, which they of course did not provide either, leaving me stranded till I found someone who jump started me.

I have being doing work on my car and have visited this store a number of times in the last couple of weeks.

I have found Joel to be very knowledgeable & helpful and I am very appreciative of the assistance he has provided me.

No customer service, no one came to help, just standing on their phone.
I usually get decent customer service but this time wasn’t the best. And the person behind the counter had a tone like they didn’t want to be there.

Just went in to get a set of roof racks for my subaru - it was Sunday pm so staff will be tired after a long day. First staff member friendly and directed me straight to a staff member who could help. Staff member took me direct to the product, talked me through the install and took the product to check out - which he didnt need to do. Check out staff member then offered to carry product to my car (again he didnt need to but did) great service

Helpful staff in a fairly comprehensive store - seems they have almost everything a DIY kind of mechanic might need. Easy parking out front with level access.

I came in to buy a single screwdriver, but couldn’t take it off the rack due to it having a red security tag. I asked the guy at the front counter if I could have assistance to take it off the rack - he told me it would be a FIFTY MINUTE WAIT. Sorry what. There was two guys standing at front counter literally doing nothing, not serving and no queue. And he couldn’t take 1 minute to take a screwdriver off the wall? I left immediately and it’s almost laughable how absolutely ridiculous that is. Maybe don’t put security tags on every damn product if you’re going to tell customers it’s a fifty minute wait.

Had super service from Natasha, earlier today. She helped me source a paint colour, then checked computer stocks and ascertained you didn't have any but nearby Balcatta did. She rang and asked them to hold it for me. She saved me money and couldn't have been nicer or more knowledgeable and efficient. Thanks, Natasha!

Outstanding customer service by Kathleen and her offsider. Keep an eye out for me on close to closing time to ensure I got what I needed to get my daughter out of car trouble.

Went to buy a new bulb for my husband's car, waited for like 20min to get help even asking two employees for it. At least the lady at the counter was very polite and said sorry for their careless colleagues.

I been to buy stuff.they are so rude I waited 30 mins someone came to help he’s so rude don’t know how to talk

Poor customer service experience probably due to young age of staff and lack of professional maturity.
Just went to purchase my items next door at Autobarn where I have been very well received.

Website says in stock but half the time it isn't. Is it really so difficult to update your site?

I thoroughly recommend these guys. I purchased a second hand Ford Territory recently and I required mats, car seat covers, dash mat, tools, new light bulbs etc. Everything that was recommended by them was spot on.they even fitted a full set of front light bulbs for a minimal small fee. Service and advice exceptional from all staff
(especially Nathan). Thanks you guys n girls.awesome!

Saturday 16th Jan 2021. Was on the receiving end of some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Tried to buy a roof rack for my car. The guy couldn’t even walk to the section to help out.just looked at his computer and didn’t move 2 ft. It was so agonizing trying to get info that I just up and left. Absolutely pathetic.

Good service we were able to call ahead to see the availablity of what we wanted they then put away for us

Great customer service over the phone and in store! I had to return a product that I purchased over a month ago, that had hardware issues preventing it from functioning to its full capacity.

I had no receipt, but proof of purchase on my bank statement. The unit was swapped out and transaction was completed in ten minutes!

I went in shopping for a few things yesterday being in the area at the time and upon leaving I encountered some car troubles.
The staff were so helpful and thoughtful. I ended up having to wait for a mechanic to come out to see the car and two of the staff members, Ben and Kathleen waited with me well after closing time (a good two hours) to make sure my car was fixed and I managed to get home.
There were a few other staff members that helped me out that day too but didn't manage to get their names. All in all the service was impeccable and I would gladly go there again for my car needs regardless of the fact it is nowhere near where I live.

Good Store and selection but i find the super cheap auto stores are always understaffed and the staff are doing there best but could do with some help:)
