Subway

Poor customer service, just visited 10 minutes ago. The girl serving me was so preoccupied in a conversation with other colleagues that she forgot to offer me sauce or salt and pepper. Then instead of putting through my order, she stopped to have a conversation with her colleague who had asked whether she would like lost property jumpers that had been found in their lockers. Definitely a conversation that could have been saved for when customers aren't around.

It's the Subway 'standard' that we all know and expect!
Good service, great location (on Stirling Highway, next to IGA) and their full range of healthy options of rolls, wraps, chips and drinks.

I visited with my boyfriend on the morning of February 7th.
It was the worst experience ever.
The bread was soggy, and the staff kept treating the customers with an attitude of annoyance.
This employee's been ruining my mood since this morning.
The store wasn't busy, it was just us two. I'll never go again.
If you want more guests, take action.

Had this place on uber eats a few times. They can never get it right. Bread is never toasted, cookies are always way over done compared to other subways and the few times iv been in there the staff are always grumpy.

The lady at the front with the black hair was extremely rude and disrespectful, she threw everything on my sub and then commented saying she hates this time of the day, and to top that off I have been a loyal customer for a a number of months and never been met with a kind comment instead been met with snobby pig look

10 minutes before closing they turn off the oven and they don't toasting anything. Basically they start closing before 8: 30 and they don't serve customers fully. They take all money but not toasting!

The manager have to fix this problem really. They looking to your eyes and telling you we turn off device before closing because we have a lot of other cleaning before closing!

Also they don't know process of making sandwich, they put all salads before add chicken!

Worst subway and service ever. The young girl at the counter got the order (classic chicken) wrong 3 times, the third attempt she emptied the incorrect chicken from our roll straight back into the Bain Marie with the cut chicken. Toasted, yes please - she pulled the bun out before it was finished resulting in a soft doughy unpleasant definitely not toasted sandwich. There was no spinach and the sandwich had very little other salad in it. The service was terrible, no apology for the error. I will not only NEVER return to this subway, I’ll pass by all subways in future.

Bad behaviors

I don't know why people rave about subway, but as my husband wanted some, I ordered as well. I don't see value for money. But it filled the spot.

Purchased a subway sandwich today. As soon as I was asked to order i felt humiliated when the girl asked what bread i would like, then turned away and ignored me. After asking for the type of salad ingredients I wanted in my sandwich, she provided only half of what I asked without my knowledge. Charged full. No salt and pepper even when asked. Absolutely ridiculous. Poor management. The woman in charge, obviously. Blonde pony tail. Was rude with her staff. Confusing them and not giving the sandwich making staff the opportunity to do their job with pride. Absolute disgust.

Appalled by the way the manager spoke to her staff in front of myself and several other customers. She completely embarrassed them for something that was not necessary. I would hate to work under those conditions.

The manager is disgustingly rude to the poor employees. My partner and I visit regularly and every single time I am appalled by the managers behaviour.

Never again will I visit this store. I wish I read the reviews before getting involved as they are all correct.
They forgot our online catering order and when we went to collect the order they had forgotten but seemed to blame everyone else except themselves. Then expected us to wait 45 mins whilst they made the order.
They were then late delivering the order and the mangeress was abusive to my guests when she dropped it off.
Rolls were rubbish to top it off.
NEVER AGAIN Subway - If this is the face of your product, God help you!

Took my grandsons there for lunch. Appalling service and food. Even took some bacon from one already prepared wrap to put in the next wrap. Another place to never go to again!

I had a horrible experience at this subway, the service was terrible they didn't even greet me when I walked up to the counter. While I was ordering my meal I noticed ants in the egg station and all over the couner, this instantly put me off eating my subway. I will not be returning! (thank goodness I didn't get the egg)

Cannot believe the attitude of the manager at this store, she is rude to customers as well as her own staff.

One of the only subways to listen to all my order and get it spot on! Couldnt fault anything that i asked for

Best subway ever! It’s the cleanest subway I have ever been to. The best thing is that they have lovely staff members who are friendly. It is also close to my home.

They make the best sub in WA. Very fresh and good amount of salads. Great customer service too. Well done

Pleasant and clean Subway, not the fastest Subway sandwich makers in town and the ice machine was not working. But overall it was okay
