I came in yesterday at 4: 30, milie served me. She greeted me and made my food very quickly. Highly recommend going here it’s worth while!

Served by a rude lady who I think was the manager cause she was playing around with the till and yelling at a staff member. Blonde.a man walking behind an making his own roll (not in uniform) burnt cookies and meatballs tasted off.just negative vibes all over

I've been to this subway twice in the last 2 weeks and both times I have found the older senior lady speak extremely poorly to younger staff. Ordering younger staff to scrub the floors harder and as hard as they can.

I also watched the same lady argue with a customer who asked for extra tomato to which she refused and replied with this is all that allocated for the sub.

They are also very stingy with salads.

40 mins after Uber Eats pickup order was placed, I was still waiting inside (despite it saying it was ready on the app). The order was only starting to be made after waiting inside for nearly 20 mins. Extremely rude older blonde lady, gave us attitude and did not address the issue when we asked what’s taking so long. Only repeatedly asked “Do you talk to everyone like that? ” when all we asked was “What’s taking so long it’s been nearly 40 mins? ” Fix your service here. I wouldn’t be complaining if you simply had the food ready within the Uber eats preparation window, or kept me updated

I came in today around lunch, it was busy, the first two girls out of four were lovely. As I'm waiting for my sub to be toasted I see a senior lady (blonde) shove/push a trainee quite hard. Nay okay.
If I had balls I would have said something but alas I don't, so I turned to this.

The 2 ladies who were working today were absolutely amazing. It was a busy rush and they handled it so well. One of the lady’s had a guy that was yelling at her but they kept going and apologising to all the customers

March 12,2023. I bought my sandwich through uber eats around 12 pm. It was almost 1 pm and I asked the courier why it was taking so long for me to receive my order and he replied that the restaurant was full and the staff was ignoring the uber eats orders. 10 minutes later I personally went to the restaurant and there were two girls working and they were really ignoring orders via uber eats. My point is: have they not received proper training or is it really the management's guideline to ignore orders from the apps when the restaurant is crowded? This is disrespectful to people who paid in advance for the order, I will never shop there again.

Remember when Subway sandwich makers were called “Sandwich Artists”? This store doesn’t. Gone are the days of the Sandwich Renaissance. The Rembrandt’s and Michelangelo’s have been replaced with a class of finger-painting kindergarteners. My sandwich was a complete mess (I suppose this is Modern Art) and overcooked. Much like today’s rebel artists, my Sandwich Maker decided she didn’t need to listen to my order and instead created a masterpiece with her “feelings”. As I completed my order, rather than prompt me to complete it or add a cookie, she decided to have a casual conversation with her fellow artists on the Instagram post she had just seen, probably instead of paying attention to my order. Overall I’m lost in this new-age world of post-impressionism and long for the yesteryear of Sandwich Artistry. 1/5 stars, will not be returning.

Went here to get some dinner at 8pm, they said they were closed. Pretty sure you guys close at 8: 30 no? I mean it literally says "closes soon" as I type this review. Maybe change the time to 8 so people don't waste their petrol and time to come to your store.

Absolutely terrible customer service, there was a blonde lady with long hair in a ponytail who was ordering a young junior staff around in a tone that was highly rude, almost mistreating them. She looked very annoyed with an attitude towards myself and my wife. I was served by the junior staff but i could see the blonde woman glaring at her and talked to me with this attitude. Worst subway experience till this day. I highly don't recommend going to this subway and would rather pick a pre-made supermarket sandwich next door over that terrible place. If they want more customers they should fix their horrible attitude and the treatment of their own staff.

The best Subway in the Southern Hemisphere bar none. Exquisite ingredients masterfully assembled into sandwiches which transcend mere human nutrition and elevate the bread and salad combination into Western Suburbs ambrosia. A 3 star Michelin experience in a strip mall convenience outlet.

My experience with subway was fantastic, energetic, courteous and wonderful service, Hannah was understanding and duly helped me with my gluten and dairy free sub served with a smile hard to pass by. I will be back for sure

Poor service today due to inattention by staff.
Rowdy customer (regular) caused distraction.
Manager failed to get control. Junior staff all interacting with disabled gent making other customers miss out on service levels.
Longish hair on all flying in the breeze.
My subway was toasted when not requested to be toasted. Smallest servings of salads, I have ever received.
Never again will I visit in that store.

I give them one star because I can’t give zero. Four staff members were behind the counter but they did nothing but just watching each other. Horrible food, dry bread. The lady served me didn’t introduce their products and just asked me what I want and stare at me in a humiliating way. She just used the word “pardon? ” Yes one word pardon to everything I asked for. I don’t know if she needs a hearing test. Worst experience with Subway and anywhere else. Please don’t come if you could survive for another five minutes to find something else to eat.

Canceled my Doordash order for no reason, it even showed the delivery person was there waiting for pickup. Now my plan is messed up and I'm ended with no lunch for today. Great job.

Terrible customer service the older south African lady that served me i think she may be the manager was extremely rude and unprofessional the sub was poorly made as well and was quite rude to her staff aswell.won't be coming back

The owner of this franchise speaks and treats her employees like she owns them. If your thinking about working here then think again. The owner definitely needs to change the way she treats her staff.

Just popped in for dinner, obviously walked in on a staff meeting where an entire group of staff (for the entirety of my 10 min visit) were ripping to shreds another staff member not present.not sure if she deserved it (not my problem) but no need for staff for act like a bunch of high school bully's in front of a customer.not sure if i'm comfortable to return.
