Fast and friendly service. Healthier option for takeaway food with wraps, rolls, salads and the option for toasted subs. Prices are very reasonable and they also have indoor seating. Restaurant is clean and tidy and they sell post mix drinks as well.

The staff are honestly awful.
There is one young lady (blonde) and she is awful to have make your food. Scowls the whole time.
I've not ever been made to feel as uncomfortable as I was made to feel by staff in that shop.
They all need to be fired and re hired.

Not really your best sandwich artists here in Albany. Poorly made, half of it ended up on the pavement because of how sloppily it was constructed.

I had a sub made by Ruby Nurse I am very disappointed with the presentation of the sub and how it was made so aggressively. Would not recommend her to make your sub.

Had a foot long meatball melt made by a staff a named George/Georgie. She gave had an attitude from making the sub til it was served to me. I have never been to a subway where they packed the napkin under the sub and wrap them together. The sandwich ended up too disgusting to eat. Rang the store and spoke to George/Georgie and she still gave me the attitude. Not even apologetic over it. She just said okay. What a pig! Doesn’t have any customer service skills at all, I’m surprised they got her working there!

This Subway restaurant is quite old and is visually outdated. The ingredients storage case was visibly dirty, especially in some of the seams and edges (more so than what would reasonably be expected). I was also told that beetroot costs extra even though I could not find information that indicates that, and I don't believe I've ever been charged extra for this at other Subway restaurants. Otherwise, I received friendly and quick service as I would normally get from other restaurants.

Needs more or new staff. Waited for literally 48 minutes to be served at lunch time & staff just took their time with no obvious rush.

Appalling service. Went there on a public holiday and there were 4 staff members who were all over the place. They twice put the wrong ingredients on my sub despite being told not to beforehand. One employee was so absent minded that she was about to put meat balls in my sub despite ordering a veggie sub.

Really wasn't impressed. Service was slow and didn't taste great. Disappointed really because I normally don't mind a Subway meal.

Staff were really polite even though the were being pumped. Fresh salads. Overall great experience.

Ultimate garlic cheese meatballs was delicious and the choice of fresh salad, great lunch and staff were very good

Brilliant Customer service! An employee even helped me change a tired when I had a flat in the car park after their shift.

Our once a week treat. Subway lunch is juicy, succulent and totally delicious. Lots of variety.

Only giving 1 star because I can’t give 0, went in all the food in the unit were cross contaminated, manger behind unit not wearing gloves and wiped hands on dirty apron. Then proceed to put gloves on for my sand ego ha without washing hands, was rude and rolled her eyes at me when I ask her to wash her hands. Didn’t heat my chicken before roasting and when I ate it was still frozen in the middle. I will not be returning and would never recommend to anyone, unless you feel like getting food poisoning.

Much more expensive than other Subways. $11 for the cheapest foot long Sub. The person preparing my sandwich put the wrong ingredients in it and didn't wrap it properly. When I opened it, the sandwich fell everywhere.

Absolutely dirty and staff was very rude and sullen. Walked in for a subway a few minutes ago. Bread over toasted with very little filling. Girls sullen and rude. Tables disgusting and dirty. Floor dirty. You guys need to adress this. We came all way from Ravensthorpe

Excellent example of a well run Subway. Ingredients are fresh and good quality, staff are very friendly, efficient and skilled at what they do. I visit many different Subway resturants around the state and I would say this is one of the best by far.
