Subway

Went in to this subway and there wasn’t a single staff member in there that could speak English properly. Why employ people that cannot speak English in a country where only English is spoken. Stop employing non English speaking migrants from India. This is Australia not New Deli.

Not best Subway I've visited. Some salad items were far from fresh and subs are slapped together in a "quantity over quality" method. Only satisfied customers are the fifo guys taking a sub before their flight.

Have been here over a handful of times and the customer service well exceeds any other Subway I have been to. Always very friendly, giving 100% effort into every individual.

Lovely delicious food made just the way you want. Staff very friendly and made you feel welcome.

Turned up at 745pm only to discover the place was closed. Time to close on the door was 8pm. Staff were inside but ignored me. Terrible service to close early when you say your open until 8pm.

Subway has always been the best for me. I love it so much but recently I was eating a cookie I had bought from Subway and there was hair baked throughout the cookie. I was very disappointed and disgusted. But I didn’t have the heart to throw out such tasteful cookies so instead I gobbled it down after constantly pulling hair out of it. Overall this is my only bad experience that has ever happened with subway. I’m also giving it 1 star because I’m quite annoyed about the hair in my cookie.thanks.

2nd time in this branch in particular and both times excellent customer service was given by Hiren. He gave ideas on what to have and make and even gave suggestions for what can be tried if we like certain things. Being vegetarian the choice is less but he gave options.
The staff all were friendly and the place it self clean and inviting.

Most the time the food is not fresh, they put dead lettuce in your roll and they dont care and they dont spread it out on your rolls.

First experience at this store tonight and the young man was rude and didn’t change his gloves after handling money, yuk!

The Indian lady took her time preparing uber delivery and my order. She couldn’t multitask. She kept asking what I wanted but was getting lost with what I wanted. Please focus on one customer at a time.

No seafood, no teriyaki chicken, no white bread, no honey oat bread.why? Everything is not ready for customers. Whats the use of opening your shop? Please close down.

Feb 2019. New Owners. Ran out of ingredients. Over Charged then tried to argue it. Very Disappointed!

Do yourself a favour, don't go to this store. My wife and I almost walked out while they were attempting to make our subs.

Love a good roll this Subway in Morley Galleria is a great way to get a fresh roll or bowl your way

Great place to buy dinner or lunch. So far they have not been stingy with the ingredients. Ingredients have always been nice and fresh.

Good quality, fast, cookies are perfect 9/10 visits, meatballs aren't rubber, wish they had old english permanently back as they have had it a few times.

First time at Ellenbrook Subway, usually visit Aveley store.
This store didnt have a very good range in regards to cheese or sauces compared to the Aveley store and I found the one of the male staff members behind the counter very rude.

Best subway I've been to the presentation of my sub was phenomenal generous with dressings and salads hiren mitch and nathan best crew I've seen making food is a delicacy and they take pride in making their food as best as possible so if your hungry for a sub get down to Ellenbrook subway you won't regret it

I was served today and the employee could not speak proper english and gave my the wrong food on my sandwich and there was a kid running around behind the counter, not very professional
