Breakfast 6" at Ellenbrook Subway, 22 November 2023. Approximately 8am.
Made properly, with fresh ingredients.
From order to eating in less than 5 minutes.
Priced less than other comparable rolls or wraps.
The young lady who served me was very pleasant and respectful. Top marks for her.

Tried to make an online over the phone and staff keep getting my order wrong and eventually had to go in store to make an order and I was in a rush and was late to my appointment

After waiting 25 mins in store for an online order for pick up at 12: 50, I recieved two subs at 1: 15pm and the staff were very apologetic.

The staff quickly made the subs after reminding them twice, and I completely understood as it was a busy lunch time.

I was in great spirits until I discovered at home that the meatballs in the meatball sub were half frozen and ice cold.
The chicken sub was also ice cold in the centre despite the sub being toasted in the past ten or so minutes.
Both were meant to be hot.

It was incredibly disappointing paying $40 for food that was basically inedible.

Failed to ensure entire order was packaged, for delivery. Then expected me to drive to pick up. Staff unsure how to return my money.

Wouldn’t recommend stopping at this subway. Super stingy. The staff literally snapped a piece of beetroot in half so they could give me less. They also charge $1.25 for avocado and give you less than half a teaspoon, like you may as well not bother.
This store is not looking to provide quality product, but is looking to cut costs in order to save money, even if it’s adversely effects the quality of their product.

Go somewhere else.

A very rude member of staff, totally ignored me when I said good morning twice. Well you just lost a customer, that will be 9 subs, 18 cookies and 6 bottles of drinks we will not be ordering from you again that's $150

Think twice before supporting this business on ubereats they accepted our order and it wasn't until we waited 25mins they decided they'd cancel on us don't recommend you've lost my business

This wasn't up to the standard of the Subway experience.
Chopping boards dirty and food and bits in between & around the bain-marie.
Three people serving, an Indian male with no name tag. Seemed like he had just started and didn't have a clue. The indian woman, -no name tag, threw the sandwich together putting toppings on before even asking.
No scoop used with the avo, just the dirty knife from the previous use. She didnt add s&p like i asked, also didnt get double toasted - like i asked.
Young guy that was there seemed to be run off his feet trying to do everything. No lettuce or carrot available.

Good value for money store compared to the one in Aveley central! The bread & fillings are fresh, good friendly staff. I’m a regular here, would’ve given 5 stars if the bake their bread right everytime (usually underbaked)

The staff are wonderful, had an issue with a split payment where only part of the payment was supposed to be taken off the card and the rest in cash but the eftpos took the whole amount, the staff member immediately ran out of the store to give me my money back, tried to sort out the issue for me but when it didn't work reimbursed me for the food and let me keep the sub free of charge as courtesy, amazing customer service, thankyou guys so much

Not happy with the service tonight!

The girl that served me may have been new but when asked about salads, she literally put only 3 tiny pieces of lettuce and capsicum on my sub. I was taken aback and asked for a bit more salad so its decent, she literally laughed like i was joking. I dont think 3 pieces of capsicum and lettuce is even funny at all.

Even with the sauce, i had to ask for a decent saucing too and when the sauce bottle actually ran out she didnt even bothered to try and squeeze it out or get a new one she just put the bottle back and not bothered to actually add more sauce to my sub. What is a sub without actual salad and sauces?

We ordered from Subway Ellenbrook, our order was missing cheese and the cookies weren't what we wanted. Called the store and spoke to a lady, didn't get her name but sounded indian. She was very rude, insisted our order was correct then hung up.
Terrible response to a paying customer. She doesn't deserve the one star.

Yea nice “medium”
I ask for the medium and 2 cookies deal which is $3: 80usually according to the menu but they gave a small plus they made me paid $5: 80. This has now happen to me twice and they didn’t seem to care (no offence. This may seem petty but I rarely go here. The subs are fine and good but recently is a nah to me.

I thought it is supposed to be fresh, i think it was worst subway ever had, stale breae, canned capsicum, hardly any cheese and vegetable in my sub.

Stale bread, they add so less chees & salad in subs as if they are paying out of their own pocket for them, one of the worst subs in perth for sure.

I normally love subway but the amount of times they get my order wrong now is very annoying, I did an online order and when I got my order and brought it home they switched the veggies and sauce in my subs, so I called and asked them to remake them and they said they can remake a 6inch one, that's a waste of money now.

Worst customer service experience I have ever received- Ruby your employer needs to retrain you on what is required to ensure a good (or even just an expected) customer experience- at 3.15pm today if not for the attempt of salvation from your co-worker a formal complaint would have been made.
