Subway

Most staff are wonderful and listen to your request. Its just a little anoying to be asked three times in a row if you want your sub toasted as they pass you to the next person in the production line.

Subway - the standard expected subway, nothing over the top nothing special, just what you would expect.

My new subway i go to after vowing never to go Osborne park again. The service is great and they're generous.

Customer service goes a miss in this store, the girl whom served me today was quite rude and sarcastic to both my partner and I,
All due respect to you, yes you are entitled to a break but you don't have to complain to us about your lack of break today as an excuse for messing up the order 3 times and eye rolling when asked to fix the mistake! Perhaps management should ensure staff get appropriate breaks to ensure that they can proform at the best of their abilities and not complain to customers.
Food was ok on 3rd round.

I went there to pick up the menulog order. The order was ready but the lady over there who gave me order was very rude. She was yelling at me and why you can 30 mins late, customer called me three timrs. I told her that I received deliverey just 5 mins ago and she was not happy to listen anything. She told me where you at, why you so late and etc. Well, she don't Know how menulog works. Actual story was Someone else (delivery driver) got the orders to pick up but may be couldn't able to deliver so menulog assigned the order to me. I respect everyone and if it was my fault I didn't hesitate to say sorry. Even I apologized to customer. She said that's okay not your fault. She gave me $5 tip as well. Will see you soon. Get ready for my turn.

Service was good, however the person serving me was a close friend of mine and looked like she was crying and when I asked her what was wrong she told me. Turns out she was bullied by some of her co-workers. Not on.

I've been coming here for almost a year now and the staff are always so friendly and provide the best service. They make the best sub and it's the only subway I go to now. I couldn't recommend them enough!

Today my husband bought sub of the day. They finished chicken so boy bring it from freezer. He warm it up, but of course not enough for full chicken defrost. So chicken was ice cold and all salads he put just to put. Need to give lesson to your staff how to correct make food. As we through it in garbage. Never go his one paticular shop! Shame on you subway Balcatta

Eat here all the time, staff always remember me and make sure they get my order right even though I am hell fussy and I can be a bit of a pain with my order, thanks
