I have been popping in to Subway Balcatta for some time now to grab my lunch when at work.

Got to say I have always received excellent service from all staff.

But especially love the way Jasmyn makes my sub.

We must say we are received by far best service in our last two visits.

Very friendly staff; great experience overall. She walked me through the ordering process for 5 platters, had them all ready (and labelled for dietary requirements) the next morning (Sat) and helped me carry the food to the car.

Cant get a menulog order right and then when I call up the first time they said they would remake the order so after 1 hour later I call back again and tell them font worry about it as an hour is a ridiculous amount of time to wait the girl on the phone had this no care at all attitude. Get someone to answer your phone that had some care factor at least. I usually use this subway two to three times a week. Well not any longer. Wasted my money paying for the wrong order and to get a replacement order the place doesn't seem to care. Management needs to sort there shop out

Its local shop I always get subway from here, good quality in comparison to other subways and friendly team.

This store offers the best of subway experience one could expect, especially in the world of staff shortages. Be it promptness, friendliness, cleanliness, product knowledge, professionalism. It’s the overall vibe, I just love spending my lunch money there, multiple times a week. Only feedback I can provide is about tissues which will be great if team can hand 1-2 out with the food. When asked, it was delivered with smile. Thank you entire Team @Subway Balcatta for their work. Thankyou Subway for keeping annual 12 days of Christmas offers.

Young kids don't care about the jobs were so rude rolled their eyes when you ask them something wasn't helpful. Long wait,
Usually come thru the weekday much better service through the week, but overall such a let down

Nah. Dissappointented. Couldnt do the deal as they had run out of diet coke and still didnt have new stock 4 days later.
Shop assistant totally unhelpful.

I just ordered 2 wraps & the girl made it so delicious with proper care & all instructions, the store was very clean and i wish i could give 10 out of 5, You made my day

Best food when your in the mood for subbie, team was friendly too made the whole experience pretty good.

Since becoming pregnant there is one sub I always crave, I'm picky with how I want it prepared and what ingredients go in.there is a lovely young lady who works there who caters for this, remembers my order every time, is very friendly and who works efficiently, this kind and caring service is currently the reason why I come back to this subway over other subways. Keep up the good work

Big shout out to Subway Balcatta for their support for our local sports club. Even in these tough times they still manage to donate sports awards to our young fellas. Love the community spirit.

Mt Lawley could learn a thing or 2 from Balcatta subway. Staff was efficient pleasant to customers but most of all it was clean, cheers to Balcatta.

Embarrassingly the qr code I was emailed did not work at the till. However, we had excellent service and the food was great.

The young man that served me tonight, has served me on a couple of occasions and I find his customer service very impressive.

Ordered a Turkey with avo and beetroot the young lady made it prefect just the way I like it.

Ordered a coffee to which the girl said "I'd like to say yes, but I just don't have time to make it. " What the heck? If that's the case, cover your coffee machine and erase the black board advertising your coffee menu.
