Subway

A hidden gem at the foot of the Perth hills. What makes this place stand out is that their staff know how to listen to customers. As a first-generation immigrant to Australia, I have a thick Eastern European accent that makes my speech barely comprehensible even to family and friends. So in other Subway restaurants, whenever I order a sandwich in Malted Rye bread, I inevitably get it served in Multigrain bread which I don't like. Only at Subway Midvale I always get what I want, that is Malted Rye. They listen because they care. Easiest five stars ever.

Rude and sarcastic workers! Have been there a couple times and get a very unwelcoming attitude from different people. Subs were thrown together, and when politely asked for extra Capsicum (they put 4 slices on originally) the server sarcastically a grabbed massive hand full and threw it on. Not exaggerating, it was about 2 cups worth of Capsicum. The same with the red onion. We are always very polite to servers and it was appalling customer service we receive each time we go. Will no longer be going to this subway. Usually I would go back if the food was good regardless of service but the food was bland and tasteless.

Been here 1-3 times a week for about 5 years, I no longer come in while to the young Asian boy or girl with big diamond earring is on, it was just a joke, 2 tomatos cut in half for a foot long?
stingy as hell with veg & sauces but then goes absolutely nuts and douses it with salt and pepper, was the worst sub id ever had, worst thing is the kid has worked there for at least a year, never seen anyone satisfied with a sub (He/She) has made, and he is unprofessional and arrogant.

I always walk in and as soon as I see him I walk out again.
Not sure where the lovely girl that normally served me for all these years has gone, she had great manners, service and the main thing, she knew how to make a god damn sammich!
with the way it is at present, i don't recommend anyone dine at this establishment.get rid of this kid and you might see some of your regulars start to come back.

Went there on the, 20/09/2018 at 1700, ordered a foot long Italian herb and cheese BMT and it was packed full with salad when I got it home I could only eat half of it so it is ONE of the better stores I have been to unlike the other store in Midland gate as they are very scarce on the meat and salad so I will always for back to Swan view

Terrible, rude customer service by the young lady who served me 3/7/18 at 1540. Long term customer will not be returning again.

Disgusting food handling! Some staff inparticular (young guy on the 21.10.2017.2pm), use the same pair of gloves to wipe down benches, use the register and then make your sandwich! And then when questioned about it argues with you and insists he didnt do it.like i wasn't looking straight at him the whole time in disbelief.
Long time customer GONE!

My husband and I visited this shop on16th Sept @1730hrs to be served by a lovely young, very friendly and witty. Good service and nice food to boot. My only concern at the time was for the poor staff whom were trying to deal with their customers and make great food was for the fact that due to the heat from the sun beaming through the window made it not only uncomfortable for the customer but really difficult for the staff to see and deal with. Would like to see this issue rectified. Hope this is constructive feed back. Cheers, S& P Maddison.
