Subway

Starting to be a regular here. Quality is consistently good, service is good, staff are friendly, I have never not liked what I have ordered.

Went into Subway tonight and they were understaffed with a trainee on their first shift. She did an incredible job and what we ordered was great. The manager had great customer service skills.

Ok, not great. Not the fastest sub makers. Online orders can take 20-30 minutes before being ready for pickup, regardless of how many customers are in the store. Right now I'm waiting for a single sub ordered 35 minutes ago.

Rocking up and the doors locked and the teenager just mouths they're closed.

Can't even review it because they're always closed before the actual close time

Never follow what the online order says.
Sub was hardly toasted and just tasted average, very hit and miss. Felt like taking it back

I had Italian herb bread option every thing was fresh and nice but I felt the bread was very dry and very crunchy might have cooked bit longer.

High Wycombe store is normally my local and I’ve never had a problem there but I’ve moved and this store is now closer to me and the difference in customer service is crazy. I’m always polite to retail workers but the staff here are just grumpy and seem to be bothered by having to serve anyone and I’m ignored for at least a minute or two before they even acknowledge me. This has been my experience every time I’ve been here which has only been a few times.

The staff member tonight was Shanah and she was particularly grumpy.

I’ve been to this subway many times and I just lacks something that all the other subways have. Not only are you rushed by staff to make an order (which has happened even when the store wasn’t busy) but I’m always disappointed by the lack of care they put into making an order. Even the lack of toppings is ridiculous especially when you ask for more.

Very quick service- I was there in the mid afternoon so it was quiet - but nevertheless no complaints at all.

I was there at date of 28/02/22 at time of 1: 10 pm, the lady announced we can’t accept card or tap payment, we only accept CASH I was middle of the line and waiting for my half done order to get ready, than I explained her that I can’t manage Chas at moment, she replied me go to atm next door and get cash out. So is there any rule that we can’t get food on card payment after some time in Subway

This Subway to me, the door is in a funny location. Food was good and service was good. You know how its location locationits got that but it's and awkward door way and the way the walk way goes past it. It smells amazing. The baked bread smell fills the air, is extremely inviting. There are always people in there.

Came in at 7.57pm and they refused to let customers in, both the online and signage on the building state they are open til 9pm.

Doesn't participate with alot of subway promotions, dining room is always shutdown early, food is as you would expect. Would head to subway Midland alternatively. For a better dining experience.

Safe hand hygiene when working with food requires atleast 15 sec of hand washing.

Not touching gloves with dirty hands and try to tell me that you had washed them when 3 seconds and no soap isn't going to do a lot to kill germs

Edit - the same kid just touched money then went to touch my food then refused to wash his hands or change his gloves.

Wow? Just wow, his supervisor even told him to and he refused.

What happened to hair nets young man maybe lady not wearing hat normally like its a fashion show while working making subs leaning over a open counter of alot of food with nothing containing its hair. I might be wrong its 2021 everyones a winner

Swanview store in WA packing up at 715pm when the stores closes at 8pm.

Chairs on tables and the food is all but packed away. No this. No that.

Not the first time this had happened. Seems they are always in to much of a rush to leave after they close.

It's dinner time FFS. Doesn't look very profession for a big corporation.

Redeemed my store credit. Will not be returning to this store.

Cynthia needs to review how she runs her store and maybe Subway needs to have a chat with her too.

I Love a Subway with Italian bread, meatballs and any cheese. Goes great with a cookie and Dare ice coffee. I like the staff and I think the staff like me, they will treat you as nice as you treat them (as it should be) I hope the best the this place and its workers.

I went in twice for salad bowls. First time I had to tell the guy to use the mix bowl, second time I had to tell lady to use mix bowl and to be a bit more generous with salads! Other stores sooo much better!

Pity about the state of the windows on the side of the shop. On the inside they are filthy with finger made swirls all over them. Obviously some don't care about their health I certainly would not eat there. The windows have been filthy for a longtime. Disgusting.

My wife just bought a footlong chicken classic. They thoroughly over toasted it, it was like eating cardboard and it tasted like they dumped the whole pepper container on it, I love my pepper, but this was the worst sub I have ever had.
