This medical centre is absolutely disgusting. Soon as I walked into Reddy room she had a real attitude towards me, I was told by DR Shweta Reddy that she couldn’t do a Pap test due to my autism child crying and he had to get his vaccination done also, no Pap test or vaccination done due to her ignorance, Will never return!

I don’t normally write a review but this got to be the worst clinic I have ever been to! Doctor Ishak kept me waiting for 2 hours while I have a baby crying! Another day, I was waiting for him for 1+ hours and he went to “meeting”! I also waiting almost 2 hours and the clinic pathology closed and was unable to do blood test! Its Absolutely the worst idea coming here and it’s like 9th vist! If you want to go to this clinic make sure you have plenty of time to spare and you have no baby who crying!

I regret taking my baby boy to this place, I had a bad experience with Dr Ishak. I don't think that man cares for your baby's health during the circumcision & healing process from our experience. First he pushes us to go home after 30 minutes instead of their advised 1 hour observation after circumcision without checking the baby's progress even after we tell him that the nurse asked us to wait for her to come and check the baby. Then 10 minutes later while on our way back home the nurse calls looking for us (meaning Ishak didn't even care to let the nurse know that he sent us home.
Then 1 week later we go in for a review but Dr Ishak doesn't even spend 5 seconds checking the baby or even allow us to show him the little concerns we've got. Why ask us to go for the review then?
Good experience with the Nurse & the reception ladies though.

Hey Guys,

Today 26/10/2022, I had a disappointing booking in "Stirling Central Medical Group''. I had an appointment at 9 am and was sitting empty Medical Center over 45 min and nobody called my name to visit GP.

It took an hour to see the GP and also for the last 10 visits, I had the same issue, I had to waite minimum 1 hour to be served. (Waiting and Wasting my time).

My point is, This medical center has a Poor Management and DO NOT CARE about paitents time at all.

I personally appriciate all doctors and nurses for the awesome services.

Seriously, For the better customer / paitents satisfiction, The managment needs to resolve this problem.

I waited 1 hour with my kids to see a doctor, not my problem the doctor is running late.
Very hard to keep kids waiting for an hour.
Need to be more accurate on time just like when u need this from patients.

I made an appt at this surgery to see one of the doctors there.they now charge $ for the appointment and you get some back from Medicare.i was given a prescription for my condition and was told to get a test done.a week later I went to the same surgery to get the test done at clinipath.waited nearly 2 hours as there was 4 people in front lol I'd also fasted as I wasn't allowed anything to eat or drink.that's what I was told from the GP. Then when I finally got in to have the test done I was told it cannot be done because of the meds I'd been prescribed.apparently I couldn't have them for 7 days prior to the test been done.that bit I wasn't told.makes you wonder and why I paid and it was my day off.never again

Absolute joke of a medical centre. Rude and incompetent. Don’t go there unless you’re due for a laugh.

As a full-time worker, if I'm sick on a Monday or Friday, my workplace requires a Dr's cert. When I call up at 8.30 on the dot I'm told by a very unhappy receptionist, there's no appointments available for sometimes 2-3 days, it means I don't get paid.
Why can't you keep 10-12 appointments for those who ring up and require medical attention on the day so we can be seen? It seems an easy thing to do yes?

Booked my covid jab 6 weeks ago. Only to be told the day before my appointment. They don't take new patients. Why wouldn't they mention that at the time of making appointment? Extremely poor Service.

I think today was Dr Katie Smiths first day on the job. I called and made an appointment with her for the following day. I told her my symptoms (fever, dizziness, vomiting etc) she said to call 10 minutes before my appointment from my car. When I called, the receptionist announced it had been booked as a telephone consult. I said that wouldn't be very helpful as she wouldn't even be able to take my temperature. She permitted me to enter and then said she couldn't see me until I had been Covid tested. I don't know why I wasn't told this when I made the booking.
She handed me a clinipath form and I asked if I should make an appointment for the following day when I got my result. She said it was her day off.
Once I left the clinic, the receptionist called to inform me that the doctor had made the clinipath form out in another person's name and I should disregard it.
Disgraceful.

Tried to make an appointment to get covid jab and was refused due to being a new patient. I dont want to be a on going patient, i just want my jab. Disappointing and wrong refusing someone the jab. I have a disability and they were close and easy. Now im reluctant goin anywhere else. Shame on you.

Arrived 5 minutes before my appointment and waited approximately 50 minutes to not get seen before i had to leave to go home and get ready for work. When i arrived there were 2 people in the waiting room with me, and i must have seen about 4-6 enter after me and go in before me. Receptionists seemed nice-ish and apologetic so im guessing they must get this alot judging from the other reviews.

I attended the practice for 2 separate issues.

On the first I called to say exactly what procedure I needed and was booked in with a practitioner who told me that they were ‘uncomfortable with the procedure’. I had to book in with another practitioner, who then could only book me in for the procedure in the future in theatre - which required a fee. This is a procedure I’ve had done before at a ordinary GP consultation.

On the second I was told I would get results over the phone by a certain date. After calling 3 practice working days later they told me I had to book an appointment because they had a policy in place.

Very inefficient. Also had long wait times even when appointment times have been booked.

COVID clinic - reception staff unfriendly and unhelpful. 45 mins behind for “first appointment”.
When patient asked about the delay to receptionist the Dr interjected and said “please don’t be rude to my staff! ” I heard the patient - who was not rude and merely asked a question! Wow! The clinic was a mess and staff seemed flustered and unaware. Walk-ins being seen prior to bookings. No social distancing in seating as they were so over-booked in waiting area. Disorganised. Now one hour behind & still waiting…

Receptionist needs to know the value of patient call. We are not calling a grocery store to check the availability of product but a medical center for appointment.
I can't remember who i talked with on 27/5/19 at 10: 36am from the clinic. I asked, If I could have an appointment for my son and she said it is fully booked on the day but she will call me back if there is any cancellations. I waited the whole day and next day I ring to ask the clinic for the appointment. She tells me it is booked for another 2 days. I think a courtesy call would be expected from the professionals at the least. I would have booked for 28/5 where on my first call she said she have a free slot for that day.
We have been visiting the center for last 4 years and all GP were exceptionally great. It is just a suggestion to the team to have some coordination so that we get correct information.

Dr. Katie Smith is an excellent GP who always takes the time to listen to me and doesn't rush me out the door. Very easy to talk to and always provides the best care with little wait time for appointments!:)

I personally have the best experiences and am lucky to find doctor Ramin Ourangui and Katie Smith.
Both very helpful. Dr Ramin is the best physician I ever had full of empathy and understanding.
Reception ladies are prompt polite and efficient.
