Dr Keats improved my back pain in just one appointment. He listened and gave great advice regarding possible causes, and taught me rehabilitative exercises in the in-house gym, arming me with the confidence and knowledge to make this back pain go away. What a relief. He did not advocate for continuous/never-ending adjustments like some do, and is a genuinely caring, professional practitioner - gem of a clinic!
I may be Bias with Dr Joseph Keats being my brother but his service and knowledge is second to none. He goes above and beyond to find out intricate little details about your issues and lifestyle to help give you the service and assistance needed
I was skeptical of chiropractors previously, as i was worried that they may not be evidence based. But since seeing Joseph, my skepticism has changed. I have had on and off back issues since I was a teenager. Joseph made me aware of what my issues were and where they stemmed from, which indicated to me that he was an evidence based practitioner.
