Stay Margaret River

We love this place! Who needs a holiday home when you can stay here at such reasonable prices? The rooms are clean and spacious, the beds and pillows are superbly comfy. The garden surroundings are peaceful and beautiful and there is a small balcony with table and chairs to sit outside each apartment. The staff are friendly and efficient. The breakfast buffet is superb and included in the price. The min-bar is also included. The bar and restaurant are also very good. It's only a short walk to town and The River pub is even closer. We stay here several times a year midweek, as we are retired. A great place all round.

Everything was fantastic except for the cleaning, as before there was dust build up on skirting boards, on sofa. Carpet had a big tear in it. I believe there had been trouble with getting staff due to covid so I’m guessing that the time needed for each room to be cleaned properly couldn’t be met

From check-in to check-out our experience was one of calm, professional and considerate service. Our room was immensely comfortable allowing for an absolutely delightful mid-week break that was most welcome. Service in the Willow Grill was efficient and courteous at all times.

Disenchanting service at the front desk - you're honestly welcome to smile at guests - but welcoming and polite, friendly staff next door in the dining room. Quite good value for what you get, in comparison to some of the over-priced accommodation in the area.

Hassle you with calls to pre book, stayed here twice on the second occasion we had a room with no hot water for the 2 nights we stayed, poor service won’t go back.

Only disappointment we were told by reception we needed to check out by 10.00 when our confirmation stated we had a 12.00 check out.we rwere ushed for nothing

Great place to stay close to Margaret River town. Willow Grill restaurant is very good and serves an excellent breakfast.

Such a beautiful and relaxing place to be. No need to leave unless you wanted too. Perfect place to relax and recharge. Staff amazing and always helpful. Polite courteous and friendly.

Nice clean rooms, quiet and great restaurant.
Bought through Groupon with 3 other couples and were told the rooms would not be serviced for our 3 day stay, but our room wasn’t serviced and our friends all were, so a bit confusing in that aspect.

Everything was lovely at Stay as usual. The room was comfy, mini bar had everything we needed and grounds were beautiful. It's a great place for a relaxing visit. The buffef breakfast was good without being over fancy and we enjoyed our evening meal at the Willow grill.

Room and bathroom a bit dated but was warm and cosy enough for our stay. Only issue was that voices from other rooms carried and at time was noisy and disturbing. Quick action when asked about air conditioner and very obliging front desk staff. Lovely breakfast came with our room and it was great value.

Nice stay had a king size bed room which was spacious with small lounge area. Beds comfy nice size ensuite. Like having free access to bar fridge! Room includes microwave, plates & cutlery, coffee & tea, kettle. Nice outdoor seating to enjoy birds etc.good full buffet brekki & enjoyed hot porridge on cold mornings. Will stay again.

We have stayed here quite a few times now and really enjoyed the rooms, service provided and the very helpful stall. Having a room also that you can reheat food make toast etc is great along with the BBQ. Also they have a great rewards program, would highly recommended this accommodation.

Have been many times at this wonderful peaceful place. It’s my happy place. Used to go there with my gorgeous handsome hubby. So now I like going there as often as I can as I paced his ashes at his favourite place. Staff are amazing and help in anything you need to be comfortable. Ideal location for Business stay in the MR area. Second time I have stayed this month. Rooms Clean and very quiet. Bonus is able to bring my dog when travelling and accommodated in a Hotel style accomodation.
