Sar is absolutely fantastic and the earpeace I have been fitted with is the most discreet piece of technology I have had the pleasure of using, not only can it not be seen from outside my ear, I can make any necessary adjustments from my iPhone including blocking the world out or relaxing to a little zen music to make the day a whole lot easier to deal with.

I was first introduced to Star Hearing Consultants through my Medical Practice in my home Town of Beverley. I was one of the many folk around my age group, mid to late 60's with that little bit of denial that I had some hearing problems. I have just recently retired retired after 40 years in the Mining Industry, subject to many levels Industry Machinery and Industrial noises always with correct issue hearing protection, I always thought my hearing was good? We do have hearing Loss problems in my family.
Doctor Sargunam Sivaraj (Dr Sar) through his expert knowledge as a Senior Audiologist with Star Hearing Consultants after a hearing test and check, was displayed and discussed with me in clear easy to understand reasons why my hearing had deteriorated with age and other factors.
Dr Sar explained with the help of a hearing aid how my hearing would improve. Dr Sar on my second visit fitted me with a set of very small, very modern, latest technology, Hearing Aids. WOW what a difference, my loss must have been so gradual that I didn't notice that anything had changed.the improvement in my hearing has been remarkable, quite often its the small things that you didn't hear before, with the expert service of Dr Sar I now can hear these small things and communicate back Thank You.
As A First Timer Hearing Aid Warier, they are not easy and it takes a specialist like Dr Sar, to help you through these transition days. I heard about Dr. Sar at Star Hearing Consultants about 2 Yrs ago. At the age of 70, I can now hear the best I have ever been able to hear. I was on tears when Dr. Sar put on the aids. I have been deaf all my life. Thank you Dr Sar.
After numerous operation, from birth to the age of approximately 38, the Dr informed me that nothing else could be done to improve my hearing any more. About 20 years later I went to a hearing aid place, and received my first Hearing aid. Over the next 12 years I was told by 2 different Audiology practices that they could do no more but Dr. Sar has improved my quality of my life significantly and proved that i can hear almost always. I was using a bulky and big aids now my hearing aids are discrete and not visible but i can hear very well. High recommended.

I went to see Sar five weeks ago as my hearing was getting worse, but mostly due to my tinnitus driving me crazy!
I thought I just had a problem in one ear but after various tests Sar diagnosed me at moderate-to-severe in both ears. I didn't realise my hearing was that bad!
A week later I was fitted with Widex aids. OMG what a difference it has made, I couldn't believe what I had been missing for years. It was amazing.
I had two more follow-ups to readjust the sound level as I am also sensitive to loud noises and discuss if I had any other problems. Sar recommended I switch the Zen mode on the aids if my tinnitus was annoying me, which I have used several times.
After five weeks now I don't even notice I have tinnitus when I wear my aids during the day. At night I still have the tinnitus when I take the aids off, but it doesn't seem as bad as before. My head seems clearer and no more headaches.
I wish I had gone to see Sar sooner, I just love the results and how great I now feel.

It was recommended to me by my GP to have my hearing checked So I went Star Hearing in the Wangara medical centre. I saw Dr Sargunam Sivaraj and what a lovely man, very professional, thorough and friendly. He made me feel at ease straight away and explained everything. I have had my hearing aids for a few weeks now and couldn’t be happier, so easy to put in and are almost invisible and the best part is if you are a pensioner they are free so If you have a hearing problem I can 100% recommend Star Hearing At Wangara Medical centre.

Sar is amazing, i had my initial hearing test with him and he took 1hr plus to thoroughly see the issues i had with my hearing. Other big companies tested me which took 15 mins and where only interested in me spending $5k. Sar is very professional and i am trialling another set of hearing aids till i can find a set suitable to me. Great service.

Had a few hearing tests done before meeting up with Sar. Had slight issues with my hearing but was told everything was ok. Sar sorted out my problem straight away. Hubby’s hearing aids were not working very well and being a pensioner got the very latest for FREE. Sar is very accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. I cannot praise him high enough.
