Dr Sar was patient with me and my 9yo son when we received ear wax removal treatment couple of weekends ago. He was very reassuring and clear with his instructions. So good to be able to hear clearly again!

I rang Sar (the owner) and was impressed by his service in the first ten seconds. I went in and got an ear wax removal and his service was 10/10. I run a business of my own - and this sort of service is hard to find. These are guys are awesome.

I had a very good experience at Star Hearing with Dr. Sar who was exceptional when it came to understanding my hearing loss & tinnitus.

He ran a thorough test on my hearing, explaining all results in great depth and then introduced ways to improve my hearing and tinnitus.

BEST hearing and Tinnitus treatment service. My wife has been suffering with tinnitus for 23 years. It was affecting her life and my life too. Now she is so happy. I met Sar at the York show and following discussions with him I decided to visit his Canning Vale office.
He conducted a thorough set of tests and recommended behind the ear Widex hearing aids.
With significant high frequency hearing loss these have made it possible to understand speech as the syllables are now crystal clear especially in a room with a lot of people speaking.
In time they may also improve tinnitus issues.
My wife commented on how unobtrusive they are.

My 93-year-old father has today received a new set of hearing devices from Star Hearing Consultants, and I was very impressed with the professionalism of the advice that we have been given and the quality of the service. Dr Sar has been exceptional at testing and providing a diagnosis and solution well beyond what we have received for over 10 years from other clinics. He was very patient and took time to explain the issues and possible solutions. The focus has been on achieving a good hearing experience for my dad and not just getting him out of the clinic with a cheap and ineffective hearing aid that does not do the job (as has been our previous experience). The process took three visits, but it was worth the time, my dad now has a sense back that he has been missing for a very long time. I would highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking to get quality service and hearing advice.

Dr Sar is very patient and professional, taking the time and care over multiple appointments to help me go through trialling different types of aids until I found what was exactly right for me, making sure I was 100% happy and that the gear was really helping improve things and making a significant positive difference for me. No pressure at all to 'hurry up and decide'. He really does take pride in his work, as a mission to help others. I also find his pricing fair and reasonable. Highly recommend! It was a 5 star service from Dr Sar. First of all Dr Sar was kind enough to give me an appointment with short notice. It was very late in the evening but he performed the consultation with maximum quality. I would highly recommend Dr Sivaraj's service. He genuinely cares for his clients health and wellbeing. I saw him several weeks ago.
