St Francis Pharmacy

Dr Helen is very knowledgeable and a very dependable family doctor. They bulk bill children under 12. The only downside is some of their nurses are not very skilled and do not know how to update the National Immunisation Register once a child receives a vaccine.

I have been here before and the doctor said it is bulk billing. And fact is bulk billing. But today I came to see the doctor. The reception told me I need pay 78dollars since it is not bulk billing. So this can change from time to time？or according to receptionist's mood？ There is no standard policy about this？ I found this is really ridiculous. I found im ripped off. I will not come back here again. The receptionist attitude is terrible. The doctor just asked me how I feel then refer me to the specialist. Then she charged me 78 dollars！What a easy money！There even no suggestion about the illness.she just wrote down what i said then charged me 78 dollars！Is this the way GP works？and you just wrote down what i said worth 78 dollars？My grandmother can it better than you！

This is located in front of woolworth subiaco. It is relatively a big pharmacy. Hopefully it will cater all your medicine needs.

The service here is hard to beat. Friendly staff who know their stuff. Love their extended hours too.

The nicest pharmacists in the state. They go above and beyond to help out everyone I go there. Kirsty is running a great chemist with great staff. Also such a pleasant surprise to see you guys are not promoting homeopothy or any other such Woo.

First time at this chemist today. I do not know the name of the staff member (as she was not wearing a badge) but she was extra helpful.
I found the prices on things I was after to be comparable.
I went away with a few extra things that I will need for my overseas trip and feel confident that I have been given some good advice and effective products.
The staff member was also friendly and easy to communicate with.
Will definitely be back!

Expensive, and wasted my time to resolve a problem they caused.

Good:
- have been there many times since they started. Some staff are nice, helpful, and friendly
- convenient

Bad:
- much more expensive than other places eg.generally $5/10 more on a $10/20 item
- gave me the wrong tablets, then gave me a hard time when I wanted to refund/exchange. Eventually they swapped for another product, but they wasted about an hour of my time (eg.driving back, talking, making me wait) unnecessarily in the process.

Really good prices! Especially on prescriptions. The pharmacist are lovely people who take the time to help.

Lovely customer service. Great deals present at all times and my favourite one stop for essentials. Once, I was looking high and low for a cream of a particular brand. Though they didn't have it on their shelves, they went the extra mile to order it in for me! Forever thankful and will keep coming back!

I often find many sites difficult to manoeuvre but loved this new online pharmacy! It was quick, easy and most important, very informative. My Hotty pack arrived earlier than expected and great to see a locally grown Australian business making service a priority! I won't hesitate to use again.

I went in looking for help because my stomach had been giving me terrible stabbing pains. I've had this on and off pain for many years now and tried seeking help from 2 different doctors without much success. I spoke to a pharmacist there and she took the time to really talk to me and advised that it might be an ulcer. I am now on some medication for it and the
pain has gone -fingers crossed it stays that way! Will recommend St Francis to my friends and family for sure!

After seeing a good GP at St Francis Medical Centre, St Francis pharmacy is onky a 20m walk away. Big pharmacy with a wide range of products and really well layed out. Staff were helpful but not over the top and thanks to Kristy/Kirsty (i think she is 3IC) for making me feel at ease when selecting my anti fungal cream.

Great Staff and really helpful with my problems. I wouldn't expect more from any other pharmacies.
