I've been seeing Dr Mark Stieler now for several years and his excellent ongoing care keeps me ticking along happily at 68 years of age. Great doctor, a quality bloke and runs on time. Highly recommended.

Dr Samreet Gill is a fantastic doctor who listens and acts very effectively. I would recommend her to anyone in the Subiaco area

Took a person here with fever and ear infection. Was given nothing for the infection or the pain. Was told to just deal with it until it's gone. Ended up seeing a real doctor and got a course of antibiotics. I wouldn't suggest you bring a plant to this place to be watered.

Great GPS, very knowledgeable and excellent at explaining complex issues in language you can understand. Pathology and reception also very friendly and efficient.

Excellent service and wonderful staff at the reception and nurses. They are always friendly and helpful. My both children love to come here as well. Dr Samreet Gill and Dr Harpreet Pannu are always very professional and outstanding doctors.

Excellent service, nicest gps I’ve had the pleasure of meeting.

Admin & Nurse extremely helpful.

Also very happy with the staff at pharmacy who are always quick to get my diabetes sensors ordered in when I need it urgently.

I started to write a reviewtho Ime not the greatest with tech & did a Typo, Anyway, "St Francis Medical". This surgery, All the staff, are very nice and Dr Helen Lamont, "Is the NICEST PERSON I HAVE MET IN 26 YEARS. The woman is "allways early in & possibly the last to leave. Dr Helen Lamont, is very educated in her feild, I've had a couple of Dr's, GP's, and consider myself a very lucky person, who came to meet Mrs Lamont, Thank you all Regards john

Very bad experience when I got booster here last Fri, the nurse was not kind and very rush to do something and gave me Pfizer wrong position, not in deltoid so I m still very sick even the other previous 2 shots from Clarrmont were O. K. Also she asked me to go out as she needed to do something in next door and locked the door less than 10 Min after my booster shot even I reminded her that it is not yet 15Min. According to her, this is O. K if I sit and rest less than 10 Min. I was the last person who was in Queue.

Dr Shah was trying very hard to stifle yawning during both of our appointments. He made my script non-pbs even though I have had it prescribed many times before and it is covered, so I had to pay extra!

Friendliest and professional team from receptionists to nurses and doctors. My mum, dad and husband had both their Pfizer vaccines done there. Very professional, on time and they most definitely didn’t have to wait for the hours in line like other clinics! They call to confirm your appointment the day before your appointment and also check up a couple of days after your vaccine! Highlyyy recommend them!

I always want to use a small chemist and avoid big discount chains to support community pharmacies
However this one is almost double the price for PBS scripts and I will now avoid this one and continue to use other small providers that do not exploit the community - once bitten

Not only have I been going to this amazing pharmacy for 8+ years, when I am there I feel completely looked after. They get to know who you are and what your specific medical requirements are. Both David and Kirsty and their staff are not only the best at what they do, they are also kind and friendly. I have no hesitation in recommending them as your choice of pharmacists.

Booked an appointment for a flu vaccination online. Turned up to be told the jabber wasn’t there - soz. With all of the urging to have a flu shot, do you think the least these guys could do is contact me to advise of the cancellation - they had my details after all. Anyone know a good chemist for a flu shot?

Great location, always easy to get parking close by. Bulk billing and good service makes it a perfect option for regular child immunizations and checkups. Also can't fault their punctuality- always running on time, I've never had to wait more than a few minutes

Been going to St Francis Pharmacy for over a decade now. I've always found the staff to be very helpful and professional. Top class service, they really do care about helping in anyway they can. The pharmacist are always prompt and again very helpful, keep up the excellent service, you have my loyalty for many years to come.

The prices charged for prescription medication by this pharmacy are absolutely outrageous! For example, I paid $19.80 for a script item with this mob, whereas with another pharmacy chain for exactly the same brand quantity etc I paid $7.50!

Had a bad experience with my other pharmacy in Subiaco and decided it was time for a change and was blown away by the quality of help I received at st francis. 5 Stars!

Do not get cosmetic injectables administered at this place. Just left with bruises and no result whatsoever. Rip off cowboys

I started seeing a lovely Doctor at St Francis Medical, when my previous Subi practice closed down.
My doctor is a good listener, and long appointments can be scheduled if necessary.
He is up with the latest medical knowledge.
Pathology is on the premises also.
Friendly staff.
