Spudshed Morley reviews
59Definitely has some good prices on fruit and veg and some frozen products. Meat is not that cheap except some bulk packs. Store is quite dingy and smells in some areas. But of a turn off.
Friendly staff Very helpful a great variety of produce and goods, goods check it out if in the area
Spud shed is really good service value for money and usually easy to get your shopping with large carpark and 24 hours opening time. However sometimes the produce is less than amicable and sometimes I think I thought this is from the farm yet it's cheaper at Coles and better quality. It's been a hit and miss sometimes with something's
One of my favourite shopping places, especially for vegetables. Amazing prices. Top quality fruit and vegetables. Nice staff. Well located. Big shop. Never seen any negativity about spudshed. Local business. Fresh products. If they had self check out option, like big brands, it would have been perfect. Variety of choices. Never had let me down.
I always ring to double check price changes or availability of products and not only does the price magically change on my way to the store products (20min), that I'm assured are carried across all stores seem to not be carried across all stores at all.
Nothing seems to be fresh! The prices are no different from many places. Why shop at spud shed when you get the same prices at coles and woolies
Went to buy strawberries at Morley only to find they had mould growing in more than one container
When i told the guy in the fruit and vegetable area he just said cool and kept working
Not vey fresh. Quite disgusting response also
Wont be going back
So this market, I'm told, has a big following. The number one thing I can say about this market is that it's open rarely on Sunday - I happened to be in the area and needed some things early in the morning. It's super close to Morley Galleria, which is nice. There's heaps of food, cafés and parking. I'd only advise that it's better to get your produce here, it's super cheap here, but most everything else is just average. I think 1kg of Colby cheese for 9 dollars is pretty competitive. 45 cents for a small bushel of Chinese Bok Choy is an awesome price though. Also 1kg of D'oro and Vittoria coffee beans for 9 and 10 dollars is a very competitive price.
Fruit and vegetables quality is questionable and the store has a foul odour about it
Staff are always friendly and helpful
It is great to be able to shop for fresh vegetables any time you want, but it seems that after dark the selection is very much reduced.
What I liked most was the fact that this departmental store remains open 24×7. I liked the huge and variegated collection of articles, food items there.
One disadvantage of this place for customers is that there is no heading beside or above each row of displayed articles so that customers can easily spot their desired type of commodity.
Spudshed is full of surprises. Their vegetables and fruit are great - fresh and cheap. But shopping at 9: 30PM on a Saturday had many items missing on the shelf.
Their meat never looks good enough to buy, and the meat prices aren't cheaper than elsewhere.
And everything else is quiete a lot more expensive than Coles.
However the staff is always friendly and helpful - and yet the place always looks dirty and not well designed.
Open 24/7 + inexpensive and free parking available.
Best place to go shopping if you run out of things to cook at night.
Christ on a bike, 1 dollar for broccoli larger than a baby's head! Great value for veggies once they're used within a couple of days.
The store itself is Ok. But the overall experience of getting inside is crazy. It's usually packed on the weekend so avoid.
My fav spudshed, organised and always updating produce prices. It’s a splendid adventure, some say Disneyland is the happiest place on earth but I beg to differ and say Spudshed is. This magical place is full to the brim of colour and fragrance. It’s my fav place for veggies and some Asian staples.
There is no availability of shampoo range.mean no panten no head&shoulders medium size bottles.but overall its a good experience nice market
Reasonable and affordable prices. Need more groceries varieties. Thanks for helping middle class people to survive and eat well
I have no idea why anyone bothers with anywhere else other than Spuddies and Aldi. Feed the family for under 100 a week comfortably.
